We actually stayed nearby at the residence inn, and made 3 trips to here over the long weekend. Each time, we drove through the drive-thru because we were not going to wait in line with our talkative toddler, who might interrupt strangers' conversations. Our family ordered: the BootDaddy Concrete, Snowmonster Concrete, Butter Pecan Concrete, James Brownie Funky Jackhammer, Rico Suave Jackhammer, Tin Roof Sundae, and a kid's sundae with strawberry topping. It is rare that I will eat frozen custard, and I will usually order the smallest size because I try to watch my caloric intake. I ordered the Butter Pecan Concrete, and it was so delicious that I ate the entire thing. My family was amazed! It was thick, creamy, not too sweet, with the buttery, roasted pecans. I could eat those pecans all day long! Next time, I would like to try the root beer float.

Amazing! The food looked great, tasted great, and there was a variety on the menu. Service was quick and nice, and the theme of the place was cool. I had never tried their strawberry Oreo shakes before but as soon as we arrived they were on point and smiles on their faces and had everything ready and didn't forget anything they were very friendly and treated us like family.

5 star service. You just don't see quality service like this much anymore, especially at fast food outlets.Had an Ozark Turtle, which was deeelicious. Only giving 4 stars because it melts too fast. Maybe using insulated or styrofoam containers instead of the super thin plastic they have would keep it frozen a bit longer.Only giving 4 stars for atmosphere because the drive through lane is extremely narrow. I had to back up and try it twice because I couldn't get around the very sharp corner between the curbs the first time. Also there's no order box. You have to wait for someone to come out and take your order, which was a bit confusing at first. But then they made my order extremely quickly..
