I ordered food at this location in the Drive-Thru they did not tell me it was going to be over 5 minutes for potato cakes when I asked them to refund me the potato cakes and complete my order the manager did not listen refunded me my whole order and did not tell me that so I sat there waiting for my food the person came to the window asked me if they can help me I said what about my food then the manager came oh I thought you wanted me to cancel your whole order they need to hire somebody to can actually listen to the customers and not assume something

Ordered a Roast Beef with cheese and Regular Fish sandwich, but they put cheese on that. Didn't realize until I got on the turnpike, called them to let them know my order was wrong, he said I can come back and get the correct one with my receipt but for me to hold on the sandwich. Well since I was leaving for the weekend and returning 3 days later, it stunk up my car. I got mad and threw it away along with my money I wasted on the food.

I used to get it, but nowadays, I will not tolerate Arby’s slander beyond amazing the mozzarella sticks and curly fries are delicious. They have Coke zero instead of Diet Coke, which is amazing in my opinion only old people drink Diet Coke. Nothing wrong with that just saying. can’t go wrong with the ham and cheese sandwiches too.

How can you go wrong with the plain roast beef. Usually get extras for a snack later.
I am very Unsatisfied and disappointed in the service here Let's just say that I Will just start by saying that they don't even deserve one star.The only reason that there is one star on my review is because I had to give them 1 to be able to get to the part to say what I need to say.This place consistently never gives me the Dip sauce that comes with a french dip sub Frankly , I think that they should get some workers That actually do their Job maybe learn the menu a little better because when you order a french dip It literally comes with dip sauce.That's the whole reason it's called a french dip These idiots cannot seem to ever get My order right every time I go there.I order the same thing And they never put the sauce in the d*** bag.What is so hard about that people!!!!!!!!!
