Service was good but my burger was only half cooked there were only 2 employees and they were really working hard to service the window and lobby but they were trying really hard. They needed more help for sure but like I said they were hard workers doing the best they could kudos to them.

I purchased a deep fried turkey club sandwich meal. The fries were okay but I have no idea what the sandwich is. There's turkey on it and that's about the only thing I can clearly identify. It looks like they threw stuffing on with maybe some soggy onion rings. I'm pretty disgusted and can't eat it because I don't know definitively what is on the sandwich because it looks nothing like the picture provided on the app or the description of a club sandwich.
I only noticed once I got home and need to go to sleep and do not have time to make the drive to complain at the store and get a replacement. If this experience is left as is I don't plan on returning anytime soon.
I hope this feedback actually goes somewhere

If I could give the women at the drive thru window 10 stars I would! This girl needs a raise, her hospitality was amazing. Shes someone I would want working at my store. She made my daughter feel special. Thank you. And hopefully her boss sees this, it was Saturday 9/20 11:13 p.m.

My husband and I went to this location for dinner. The food was okay- it could have been fresher. My big complaint is while we were going through drive thru the location was being run by two teenagers it looked like! The other two grown employees were outside smoking something and on their phones while the other two handled drive thru vehicles! In my opinion this was completely unprofessional with vehicles still going through drive thru and the only thing saying this from being a 1 star across the board is because the food was ok and the two teenagers were lovely.

Waited for a very long time to get my food for it to be cold and incorrect and staff was rude & didn’t seem to care that my food was incorrect and they supposedly couldn’t remake my order because the manager was not there? When I could see the manager on there phone hiding in the back. Worst Arby’s I’ve been to I will never go to this Arby’s again.
After 8 supposed to be 1.99 shakes and I said something to the guy because I got 2 roast beefs and 2 shakes and somehow came to 15 dollars 💸

Waited a very long time to get food and once I got the food then they told us that they didn't have the jalapeno poppers. They should have. Let us know that at the beginning of the order they did compensate with jamoka shake but waited almost 30 minutes just to get the food when we ordered ahead

Poor service, only 3 males working one had a smoke break every 5 minutes while we waited in the lobby for our food for 28 minutes then they forgot the Mac and cheese and didn’t have any portioned out so I guess that took longer? No apology or smile. Horrible service, won’t be back
