What's up Arby's? Easily one of the most disgusting encounters I've had with a fast food restaurant. Paid $10 for this roast turkey bacon ranch sandwich, and it had wilting, disgusting produce on it. I will never visit the Admiral location again. It's beyond me how people can put this on a sandwich to serve to another person to eat it, and have the gall to charge $10 for it. Beyond me. Beware.

The restaurant is okay, but I'm over the disappointment of them "streamlining the menu" and removing stuff (that takes no extra ingredients) with no warning, because it's too hard for people to read more than 4-5 things on a section of the menu I guess.Also, be sure to check your order here.

Definitely super subpar service…I ordered my food(was being talked over while trying to do so), then I get to the window and I get one bottle of water and I ask hey, I ordered a #2 and #6…should’ve gotten 2 waters right, but I was like that’s fine I still get fries so no biggie! I was asked to drive around while part of my order was still being made, no biggie….now I sit there with one person waiting in front of me for 5 mins, they leave and the employee brings my food…uhhh wrong order, like nowhere near correct! So now I wait 5 more minutes, sorry it was a mix up in the order..I feel the bag and once again wrong, only got half my order right this time and a card for a free small meal..like nah, I’m not coming back! I don’t spend my hard earned money for this!

I mean it's fast food. I think we all know what to expect. But Arby's has done a noticeable transition over the last few years to raise the quality of their food, their image, and their clientele. This particular visit was very satisfactory. The lady at the counter was extremely accommodating. She took our order in a polite and timely fashion. The guys in back were also friendly and expedient. My friend had muddy boots and the lady came right out to sweep up the mud. He felt bad and apologized, but she said it was fine, but the way she said it, I believe her. She was more than happy to clean it up. I got a classic roast beef, so there isn't much to say other than it was consistent with what has made the Franchise famous. So a pleasant demeanor among the staff was the highlight, and honestly made it a pleasant experience for me. I'll be back.
