Went Arby's on Peoria to try their new Fish & Chips.Worst decision ever. Doesn't look anything like the pictures, and it was 3 small and I mean small pieces of fish about the size of two chicken nuggets from McDonald's.and they didn't bother to tell me they didn't have any tarter sauce.When I complained that I didn't want it, the havy set guy took the fish and threw it across the room in the trash and missing the trash can.BAD Food and Worse Service.

I love Arby's I love the beef and Cheddars I love the French dips and I love those tasty little messy cookies they have they are delicious

They just might get shot up (by a water gun) I'm fed up u never know what someone is going through they over charged me and would not give my money back because I threw the receipt away.

This used to be a good Arby's. But...the manager just left (new baby.). I called to place an order for a lunch meeting. Whoever answered asked if I could hold on a minute, then just set the phone down. After 20 minutes of hearing them talk, take orders, etc., I gave up and went in person to place the order.Two of us ordered their new burger. They were both raw. Another person ordered a wrap - was given a sandwich.Won't be ordering from this location anymore. :(

I go there a lot for iced tea. It’s always fresh. Love Rubens and always hot as are the curly fries. Go through drive through all the time and everyone has always been polite.

Huge potholes in the drive through. They have tried to fix them but they keep coming back. The potholes are deep and are just waiting to eat a tire.

They were short staffed --- only 3 workers --- and absolutely getting slammed. BUT they were cheerful and fast and took great care of ALL their customers!!! Very impressive and the food was good and hot!! 5 stars all the way!

Service by workers was great. Sandwiches were dry & tasted bland. I was totally disappointed. Also too pricey for just bread & dried out meat. Don't be so stingy with the sauce & add on like lettuce, pickles, tomatoes etc. I understand now why there wasn't any customers at the restaurant.
You can't expect people to treat a job with any level of seriousness or respect when you pay them so little. You also can't expect to keep quality staff when misogynistic DMs are allowed to deny hard working, qualified employees promotions and raises due to their gender. That's discrimination. Arby's I challenge you to step up.
