So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. REVIEW: My husband and I ordered with a coupon for 2 Classic Roast Beef sandwiches, 2 fries, and 2 medium drinks for $9.99. The young male cashier who took our order fumbled around on the register for 3-5 minutes trying to input the coupon. He then told us the total was $13.51. I questioned him about that because tax on $9.99 isn't $3.52. He then made the remark that several people had been in to use that same coupon. I wondered how many of them were overcharged. He FINALLY asked for another employee to assist him -- ONLY after I called him out on the mistake. The food was good but I don't appreciate being overcharged just because an employee doesn't ask for assistance when needed.

We went for lunch on a Wednesday. Omar took our order, he was friendly and did his job. I got the chicken wrap and my parents got the lamb gyros combo. It was 28$ with 2 drinks.They love the gyros. My wrap was not good.i think the chicken was breaded and frozen.i just didn't enjoy it.the ice machine did not have any ice, however Omar was kind enough to get some ice from the drive thru ice machine.bathroom needs a good ckeaning.

The lady that took my order was kind and repeated my order back to me and gave me the correct total. The lady that took my payment and handed my food to me was super sweet, even making sure that I had enough napkins for my food and drink. My order was complete with no mistakes. Food hot, drink cold. I'd say this is a win win. HOWEVER, I STILL WANT MY DANG POTATO CAKES BACK!

When i say i would like a chicken sandwich but please make sure they are both fried not grilled and then proceeds to tell me that would never happpen at Arbys when it in fact happened at that very arbys....jeeez people. drove off and spent my cash where i didnt have a fool argue with me
