This Arby's had been in walking distance from our last 2 apartments, and I like it nearly every time we go there, but the last few visits the staff hasn't been the most professional or well-trained, compared to what I'm used to at this location. I like the food a lot and the place is kept mostly clean.
Parking: They have their own parking lot behind the QT.
Kid-friendliness: Kids like the toys in the meals. They will specialize the kid sliders for them.
Clean and organized. Food was prepared and serve well and in a timely manner. Facilities were clean and tidy. Team members were friendly and courteous. I'll go back again.
Parking: Parking was close and easily accessible.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of parking stalls that did not interfere with the drive through.
Wheelchair accessibility: All tables had pull out chairs to make ot easy for a wheelchair.

4/30/24 excellent customer service and food quality seems consistent accross all the locations in Tulsa. Very helpful staff.I like the cheaper menu option that fit all different budgets.
I ordered one simple little sandwich that came with sauce and requested extra sauce. I didn’t bother to check it in drive thru because I’m like “it’s a simple little sandwich and they can’t mess it up”.I got down the street, around the corner, and pulled out my simple little sandwich…NO SAUCE AT ALL! And my receipt said extra sauce too. Smh!Messed up my whole mood man…

I always order ahead on the app for lunch to make it faster. Today I saw 3 cars in the drive thru so I went inside. As soon as I walked in I saw my sandwich’s waiting to be bagged. I waited for the girl to help all 3 drive thru cars before she even asked me if she could help me. Terrible service and I was almost late back to work.
Place has changed drastically and in the bad way.Ordered meat mountain from 21st and 129th location, orders meat mountain and jalapeno poppers,While the jalapeno poppers were hot and amazing, that's the only thing good about the purchase.Meat mountain was served on bread instead of a bun,Wasn't hot or semi hot everything was cold.Asked if they could microwave it, but was denied due to company policy, which I get, I guess?Not asking for anything special, just asking for it to be semi hot,I get that the people don't like serving meat mountain or something,The woman in back wasn't exactly happy when I ordered it, while the front receptionist was amazing,Could do better :/

Best experience I’ve had at an Arby’s in a long time. The food was hot and fresh and the customer service was even better. Seriously, every employee I dealt with was amazing! As long as I don’t have it coming out of both ends like I did last time I ate Arby’s, then I give my visit a 10/10.
