everyone here is RUDE. jennifer i hope you see this, you’re disgusting and rude and should NOT be talking to anyone like how you do let alone a MINOR. the food here is overpriced anyway.

This is literally the worst location with the sorriest and laziest people working here. Shut it down!
Nothing great nor horrible stands out as far as the food is concerned. The staff was friendly and professional.

I did not get my debit card back from the person handing us our food in the drive thru, was asked to pull up when we were the only people there, had to call and ask if my debit card was there and spoke to the RUDEST person I have ever talked to. I finally went back an hour later to get my card and the lady asked me what I ordered because she cancelled the order and still had my card so she then RAN my debit card for the earlier order. The whole experience was just very sketchy.

Ordered food for my wife, daughter, and myself. They got 2 of our orders wrong and when I went back to have them correct it got charged for them to remake one of the sandwiches and the other sandwich because my daughter hadn't taken a bite out of it got thrown away, the little manager girl that argued with me and charged me said that the sandwich that only had a few bites taken out of it was nothing but crumbled up bread but then argued with me and said there was 3 strips of bacon on it. Neither sandwich was made right and have the correct toppings on it. Thank you Arby's and little manager girl for the shittiest service I've ever had in my life. Definitely won't ever go back to this Arby's, but they need to send the little manager girl to learn some respect for others and teach her some customer service. I would rather starve than ever eat here again. Ruined me from ever going back to an Arby's. I definitely should've asked for a refund. Even the remade sandwich wasn't remade right. Worst service, customer service and food I've ever had in my life... Definitely not even close to being worth the $35 we spent!! Avoid at all costs. Now I know why the drive thru and parking lot were so empty. 0 stars is a better rating for this place

I made an online order through the website and then picked it up (over the weekend, 06/28/25). The food was already done by the time I got there (Impressive!), which was quick! I was happy that I didn't have to wait, so that was a PLUS!! Once I ck'd my food, I noticed my potato cakes were cold. So Alisha fried some fresh potato cakes, as well as my husband's curly fries. It only took a few minutes (5 min. or less) and she finished up with my order. Alisha was really Friendly and the food (Philly sandwiches) was good. I also had an orange dreamsicle shake and it was also Tasty!😋
