I made an online order through the website and then picked it up (over the weekend, 06/28/25). The food was already done by the time I got there (Impressive!), which was quick! I was happy that I didn't have to wait, so that was a PLUS!! Once I ck'd my food, I noticed my potato cakes were cold. So Alisha fried some fresh potato cakes, as well as my husband's curly fries. It only took a few minutes (5 min. or less) and she finished up with my order. Alisha was really Friendly and the food (Philly sandwiches) was good. I also had an orange dreamsicle shake and it was also Tasty!😋

Consistently understaffed. Bun was not warm and a bit stiff as if it had been sitting out for a while. The rest of the food was of similar quality. I walked in and the 2 separate guys in front of me left without ordering due to the delay. 2 people running the entire location during lunch rush on a Thursday is not ideal.

My kids and I stopped in there last night 02-20 and I spent $41.48. Specifically my meal, a double roast beef sandwich meal, looked like a single. When I took it back to the counter, the girl standing there, doing nothing but playing on her phone, said curtly to me, "that is 6oz of meat!" I walked back to the table and ate it. Every time I have ordered that sandwich, I had to use 2 hands. Not going back to that store!

I have always been a fan of Arby's, this particular restaurant was clean, the service not bad. The only issue here is that they had no sauces put out for you to use. You had to ask for them. Overall, the experience wasn't bad. No gluten free menu, but you can request the food without a bun.

Order was wrong but same style sandwich just the premium version which cost more and was more than I could eat. It was good but cost was high and threw part of it away because I couldn't eat it all.

I placed a DoorDash order and they were out of roast beef and the lady on the phone refused to cancel the order so that I could get my refund had to call DoorDash and have the customer service who told me that they should have canceled the order since they could not fulfill my order very frustrating.
