This location really ebs and flows. Sometimes it's great, other times, like right now - absolute trash service, and they'll get your order wrong, ignore you, and don't bother calling.
One sandwich shouldn't be hard to fulfill, it is when they want to give you the incorrect sandwich and size. I mean, fast food is always a coin flip, but this location is the most random at being good compared to being 100% trash.

Placed a door dash order to have my lunch delivered for my lunch hour as I work in a Dermatology office, and I had a simple order 1 classic roast beef cheddar combo and a order of jalepeno poppers, with bronco berry sauce and sauce sides of Arby’s sauce and Horsey Sauce, but upon opening my food order I had been given no bronco berry sauce for my jalapeño poppers (have to be a psycho to eat them just on there own) and instead of giving me Arby’s sauce as requested I was given multiple packets of some Spicy Three Pepper sauce that I’ve never seen or had before and honestly have little interest in it. This honestly seems to be the re occurring theme of ordering from Arby’s and not just at this location, almost every time I order from any location in Tulsa these are the things they miss or mess up.

I went to the location at 91st and Yale to pick up my order. My total was $16.80. I ordered a meal that COMES with a drink. The lady at the window refused to give me my drink making my experience very unpleasurable. I offered to PAY for another drink but she kept saying she can't give me what I didn't pay for. I drove away and went across the street to go to sonic and spend another $4 to get me a drink. The lady at the window was incredibly unprofessional and I'm not happy with the service to the point I didn't want to eat my food. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! this was ridiculous. Not only is a google review being done here but also a corporate will be getting a hold of my opinion on this matter as well. No I don't want anything free because I don't believe in handouts I pay for my stuff. I'm not asking for discounts I simply will not visit this establishment again.

The best Arby’s I’ve had in forever!! It was hot & fresh! They didn’t skimp on the cheese for the roast beef sandwich! & gave me as many sauces as I asked for!

I ordered a number two classic with fries and 8 sandwiches (8 for $20). They gave me 8 sandwiches, fries and the drink but no sandwich for the combo. They will not answer the phone. GREAT customer service. Not!
