10/23/24 eveng. An older man working there about 60 years old gave me trouble when I ordered a Reuben sandwich I asked if I could have the cheese that goes in that sandwich on the side and the guy waiting on me at the drive-through said the guy making the sandwich didn't want to do it he said he doesn't do that. And he had me pull around to the window and he wanted to argue with me at the window about this piece of cheese I said I've had this done at Arby's before more than once all they have to do is take that piece of cheese and wrap it in a side dish or you know piece of paper And he still want to argue with me and said we don't do that with this and he just sounded like it didn't make sense He wanted to keep arguing with me about this so I just said OK and I just drove on I did not order it because he could've done it that way I'm the customer and I was asking for it that way and I Was the one paying for it. Anyway I just didn't wanna argue with him anymore and so I just didn't say anything anymore and just drove away and he said goodbye in a very rude nasty way. What I did is I went to the different Arby's over there at 71st St. in Mingo and when I ordered it the same way the guy at the window said oh that's no problem when I asked if he could put the cheese that goes in the sandwich on the side. And he made my sandwich really nice he was a lot nicer to me than that old man over there at 101st St. and Memorial Arby's. That man didn't have to argue with me at all.

Hannah laughed at little when I was confused about something on the menu and then proceeded to not even say a word to me at the drive through window.

This is the second time I have pulled up when you guys open and there is no one there at the drive thru speaker you need to be their to take a customers order when your store hours say open I even sat and waited for a while and still no one very disappointing experiences both times.

More of the cheese on a beef and cheddar was on the outside of the wrapper than was on the sandwich!!!

Honestly the food was good but the service and employees where the best part. Very kind and accommodating, I can't speak highly enough about how well they do their jobs. The two front works that helped us this afternoon (6/18/24) deserve a raise, they where awesome.
All I have to say is DON’T GO HERE They need to hire new staff and people who Actually care about they job

The food is cold as ice everytime i go here and they get my order everytime as well. Poor place to eat. Dont waste your money, they cant hire people that take their jobs seriously. Wont be coming here again.
