The cashier was very polite and I had no issues with the service or atmosphere at least from the drive-thru.The only unfortunate thing was my Hawaiian fish sandwich. First, it was cold; It looked as if it were sitting there all day, and they decided to give it to me instead of making it fresh. The cheese looked very old and the bread looked like someone punched it. And they were not busy at all because I was the only customer in the drive-thru. It was very disappointing ?

The crew does a great job getting orders taken care of quickly, and they're always pleasant to deal with. The amount of food for the cost and convenient location keep me going back.

Decent service and friendly smployees.All dining area surfaces were dirty with food and other trash littering floor.Bathrooms were very dirty.Ordered new menu item "wild game" burger with Elk meat.Small sandwich that had sauce, a little bit of swiss cheese, a few dill pickles, and a few onions.No lettuce, no tomato.Meat was overcooked and dry.Not at all tasty and barely palatable.Gave me severe heartburn.Food was not in any way of the normal quality that Arby restaurants are known for.We will not be eating there again
