I am sick of ordering from this location and they always short us on shakes! I spend at least 100 each time I order and when I get shakes like this and I paid for the large its ridiculous! Its bad enough you all took the 32oz away from us now you short us when you give us the 30oz so technically I am only getting 20oz!?!?!? If I wanted 20oz then I would have paid for the 20oz shake!! The management dont even care because I even complained about them not giving marinara sauce anytime I ordered cheese sticks and she made up an excuse saying we have to request it..noooo there is a spot where you can delete it but it wont let you add it..it says it automatically comes with it..guess what? They still dont send marinara..I have to tip drivers more money for them to get some! That's not fair! Look at the picture corporate and twll me would you pay to get a large shake if it looked like that???? Yes it came melted so I tried to freeze it for an hour and it still looks like this ugh!!

We keep it simple. Our food is always great. Service is usually pretty quick. Tracy is the best front counter. He's so chill and kind. Love this arbys 😊

Just noticed I didn’t get any fries!! I was like all this for almost 30$?!?! I ordered steak bites, don’t waste ur money on them they taste gross n have horrible after smell that takes forever to go away. The drinks were good as usual but yeah all I ordered was moz sticks hash browns steak bites chicken strip kids meal literally that’s all
