Everything was great aside from how there were so few people staffed on a Saturday night at location right next to TU. Wait time was longer because of this, and the manager and employee I interacted with were great in terms of customer service.
Ryan, one of the workers, was so nice! He was courteous to everyone when I ate there last week, and equally courteous when I called about a shawl that I had left there. He promised that he would place it somewhere for pickup. Sure enough, Ryan, a man of his word, had my shawl ready for pickup. He is an A+ employee, one that other employees everywhere should model.
I like Arby's. The food is either good or it's meh. Tonight I got the chicken nuggets and they were all mostly batter than meat. So I don't recommend those especially for a meal at about $12.50 including my jamocha shake which didn't have chocolate syrup. ??♀️
