This is an amazing location. The staff is so friendly and all the food was so fresh and delicious. An employee even came out and helped me get my disabled dad through the doors (: Very happy with this experience!!
The sauce is in the bag. No. No, it wasn't. I had to go back to get my horsey sauce and then we found that the spicy BBQ sauce we asked for was not there and in its place was the sweet sauce.
Everything was great aside from how there were so few people staffed on a Saturday night at location right next to TU. Wait time was longer because of this, and the manager and employee I interacted with were great in terms of customer service.
