Eric Coo, or whoever the manager is, we went to this Arbys on Saturday night, Oct 29 at 7:20. It was dark out and the Main sign and the drive through lights were out. The interior lights were on so we checked the door and it was unlocked. We went in and both employees were sitting at tables with their noses in their phones. I asked if they were open and one of then barely moved her head. She did the same thing when another potential customer came in. They left confused. Food was ok. You have a problem.

People make fun of Arby's for being a joke but Arby's rules. The curly fries might be the best item in all fast food. Roast beef is good too. Other items are hit and miss but just stick with what you like and it's good.

I have no idea what's on the workers minds today, but I went to order 2 beef n cheddars substitute turkey, and they told me they couldn't do it which I found weird because I've ordered it at other Arby's before. I asked if I could do it for an upcharge, they said yes, then when I proceeded to go through with the order they were very disrespectful and said I couldn't do it, then called the cops on me because I was waiting for them to take my order in the drive thru

CAME THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU TODAY, DOM IS ALWAYS SO PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY, HE BROUGHT SOME SAUCE OUT TO MY CAR. I HAD THE #1 SANDWHICH WITH MOZZ STICKS, EVERYTHING TASTED HOT AND FRESH, SO THANKS TO ERIC, STACEY, AND DUIRK. THIS VISIT HERE WILL NOT BE THE LAST! WTG ARBY'S STAFF!!!

Idk what it is about Arby's but dang they ask if you want sauce and they might give you some. I get home from working and swing through here bc it's simple but when I get home I have a dry Burger and fries what do you have at home to put on a rostbeef and curly fries? Ranch, ketchup, BBQ, mayo yea I'm on here mad bc they forgot in-between asking me if I want any sauce and handing my my food....At least at any Mexican fast food they give u sauces even if you don't want it but Arby's doesn't care ill spend my money somewhere that knows how to follow basic instructions

Restaurant located on 41st and Peoria. I ordered a rostbeef burger and it was my first time trying it, it came with fries and soda. I also order a second roastbeef burger but with out cheese. Both of them were just amazing I think the one with. Cheese wss better because yhe cheese added a creammy and tasty touch to it but the one with out the cheese wss also pretty great. I had BBQ sauce with my order and it was a great recomendation for the roastbeef it goes really well with ir. Regarding the price I tought it was pretty affordable for the two sandwiches fries and soda I paid 13 and some cents. I thought it was fair. The reason I gave the the 3 and not a five its because the place had no people, I would've guess cjstomer service would've been on point. But the manager was a bit careless, kind of tired not very pleasant to talk to. I only saw him because he came out to while I was orderimg. Any how regarding customer service it waz an average experience thats the reason to the 3.
