We ordered a French dip and Swiss 2 large curly fries 2 cups of cheddar and a large Jamocha shake and they forgot to put the dip the aju sauce in just don't get how it could have been forgotten

If I pull through the drive though and tell you my order I expect you to ask me if I need anything else or what size drink or what drink I would like but no i ask for my meal and all i get is a ok after telling you 4 times all I get is a ok

Very slow service and always check your order before you drive away. They are really bad about getting orders right. Its my fault for not checking the sack. Somebody could be keeping the money from the orders being wrong. This is the 3rd time mine was wrong. When you order beef and cheddar and they hand out a no cheddar with extra cost. Please check your orders before you leave. Plus they always ask me to move forward in the drive through with nobody behind me.

Went inside to order. Waited for help. Lady finally said she'd be right with me after awhile I left and went to Lotta burger didn't want to wait another ten minutes to place order. Since remodel service is worse ,everytime I visit Manger should be fired!

I came by during the day and was called, "Little Miss Difficult" because I requested no bun and no cheese. I also thought it may save them both time and money to put both sliders in the same bowl but she thought it was "difficult" so next time I'll just get 2 or 3 sliders in 3 different bowls so it's easier on the lady taking the orders.
