I absolutely love Arby's. I've been eating classic roast beef and cheddar sandwiches for the last 34 years,at minimum twice a month...I went to this store today 2/16/25 at about 10:15pm. They did not cut their meat to the Arby's standard ,Thin roast beef. It was super thick. Also they served me old curly fries. I had to wait to get my meal because they were making my jalapeño bites. So I got nasty fries and honestly the sandwiches weren't very good they are far from fresh. The thick cut roast beef changed the sandwich... Definitely won't be back to this store again 😒

Food was good and done when we pulled up, friendly workers!
Horrible experience. Parking lot was empty of vehicles but full of homeless vagants hanging about (only one vehicle, no customers inside that I could see) I was in the drive-thru, waited 12 minutes, just to ask what's taking so long employee stated over drive-thru speaker that they only had three people working and "just couldn't do it." (I was the only customer there?!) So I said thanks anyway I don't feel comfortable waiting outside for so long with all the homeless folks around. Employee yelled something as I drove away. This just happened at the Arby's off Admiral+Sheridan in Tulsa. This is the second bad experience I've witnessed at this location. Never going back.

I know this isn't the greatest area. However I was impressed with the staff. The manager was very kind and truly cared about my customer experience.Not to mention this is the Best Arby's as far as the food quality I've experienced.

As I wanted to eat here I came in a was not greeted and then this cashier was making a shake and I noticed he took his gloves off to use whipped cream and noticed his nails were not clean so I turn around after 6 mins of waiting time.
