Closed at 10. Change your Google listing if your going to close earlier. Waste of gas and my kids still hungry.
Came in and it wasn't too busy, ordered our food and sat down to wait. We watched as people came after us and got their food before us at least twice before my husband went up to see what was going on. They didn't apologize and still only gave us half of what we ordered. Found the staff to be rude and uncaring when they make mistakes and fixing them.

What happened?? This used to be the best location in Tulsa. We used to talk this store up for its consistency and the friendly staff. But not any more. For the last several months basically everything has gone completely off the rails. The staff, the food, everything. I just don't understand.

Every time I order through door dash and I specifically put in what sauces I want with my order like the bronco berry sauce that already comes with my jalapeño poppers, and I specifically ask for Arby’s and horsey sauce with my meal, and literally every single time the store never packs it into my bag before sealing it for the dashers to pick up. So frustrating because I don’t eat the food here for the food itself, it’s literally for the sauce. You have an easy job and can’t even do that right, following instructions was something learned in elementary!!! Next time stop and read the order before tossing a bunch of crap in a bag to be sent out.

Terrible SCAM people handing online orders. I made an order on Uber Eats and canceled it in less that 10 seconds but they charged me and claimed that they already have started the order. How is that possible?!They are simply SCAM! This is STEALING money.

I wish the large potato cakes were a little cheaper, we love those things and are So glad they are back.

Had the potato cakes for the first time since they stopped making them a few years ago. I had actually self banned Arby's for this tried it today. Potato cakes were awful no flavor at all. Self imposed ban is back on. Do better.
I got the smokehouse brisket with crinkle fries...I wish I could show a picture cause for 13 bucks and some change I got a junior meal.. and curly fries... Service great though

Terribly slow service. I stood at the counter almost 15 mins watching a team member pick her nose and weighing the roast beef out for sandwiches. Staff were bickering & fighting with each other instead of filling orders. It seemed like a couple guys knew what they were doing and the others didn't even want to be there.
