I went through the drive-thru at this location and was very disappointed with the service I received. The employee working at the drive-thru, whose name is Richard , was extremely rude and unprofessional. His attitude and lack of customer service skills made it clear he had little interest in doing his job well or treating customers with respect. This experience left a very negative impression.

This place is HORRIBLE! I ordered online, got my food, went home and the order was wrong. Went back to the store to get the food they forgot. Got home AGAIN and it was still wrong. Called the store to ask for a refund, and the manager cut me off very rudely with “there’s nothing I can do, go to the app”. The app didn’t have a place to get a refund so I called back and explained that I was unhappy with my order and the managers attitude and she cut me off very rudely again with “I never cut you off” literally mid-sentence. There is no professionalism, no accuracy with orders, and they refuse to take any kind of responsibility when they do mess up. I suggest taking your money elsewhere and honestly, shame on this franchise for allowing their managers to act in such a horrible way to paying customers. I’m now left with a totally wrong order and no way to fix the situation. Just attitude and “figure it out”. No refund. No apology. Just a huge attitude and no customer service.

Arbys used to be great, including this branch. The last few times I have ordered delivery and take out, it has been wrong and cold. Tonight some items were missing, others wrong. Sandwich, fries and mozzarella sticks were cold, but the chicken was hot. How do you get things so wrong?

Came in and it wasn't too busy, ordered our food and sat down to wait. We watched as people came after us and got their food before us at least twice before my husband went up to see what was going on. They didn't apologize and still only gave us half of what we ordered. Found the staff to be rude and uncaring when they make mistakes and fixing them.

What happened?? This used to be the best location in Tulsa. We used to talk this store up for its consistency and the friendly staff. But not any more. For the last several months basically everything has gone completely off the rails. The staff, the food, everything. I just don't understand.
