The drive-thru lady could have been a little more pleasant and polite.
Also I got charged for my free item.
I wish the large potato cakes were a little cheaper, we love those things and are So glad they are back.
I'm hoping this is the correct Arby's as I have visited several times in the past week.

I can't say that I absolutely hate this location, but it's a bit below par compared to other locations. I will say it is clean. However, portions have shrunk and service not the best. Definitely not unfriendly but not lively or upbeat. That's usually an indication that employees are not treated well.

My fries were cold, and the sandwich was less than warm. Ketchup and Arby sauce is behind the counter, and they don't supply it unless you specifically...

From the time we began at the drive thru to driving away Tyritta treated us right! She was so kind and understanding to my granddaughter in the back seat who had just had a cast put on her right arm. She put a smile on her face as she handed us the delicious shake she had fancied up just for my granddaughter. Thank you for having a great employee like Tyritta! Kindness does matter and it certainly showed in the service received at the drive thru! Thank you!
