Great food and service! I used the drive through and forgot to get my debit card when I drove away. I realized and called the next day and they had it in the safe! I was able to go pick it up and save myself a huge headache. So thankful!

I just came in tonight 10/29/2025 to order some food through the app. Anything that could go wrong with the app went wrong. The 2 ladies working inside Elizabeth and Erica, were both so sweet understanding and patient. They truly represented what customer service is truly all about. Never once. Did they make me feel some type of way for not being app savvy they never made me feel indifferent. It was really nice to actually have 2 ladies with just the utmost respect understanding...

Out of the Arby's I've been to in Tulsa, this one is the best one and also my favorite. Any of the employees I've interacted with are personable, conversational and nice. I've not waited for my food more then 10 minutes anytime I've gone, and they're good about making sure what I ordered is actually in the bag.
