I was devastated when they closed and absolutely over the moon when they reopened, albeit under a new name. It is a very affordable place that straddles the line between authentic and tex mex. There's something here for everyone and you'll be able to afford it. As a native Tulsan this place has been in business for 30 years and is Rock solid on basically traditional Mexican food. You can't beat it for lunch as the quality and prices are equally outstanding.Use your salsa on the crispy tacos and they are as good as it gets.Reasonably priced certainly a value.
The food was really good, probably some of the best Mexican I've had in a while, but we found a hair. It was to short to be any of our hairs and a different color. The waiter then said "oh, I'll take this off" (the meal) then once we get up to the counter he had forgotten to remove the meal from our ticket. We had to wait an additional 15 minutes AFTER ordering to go drinks only for the waiter to bring us unsweetened tea instead of sweet. The tea is excusable,...
