I haven't been to the actual store but I did go to subway in oologah and got the pretzel and it sucked they had no butter to put on it and use table salt on it which didn't stick because there was NO butter to hold it on and they didn't even offer the shot of mustard as seen on TV so if thats any indication to what your door is like me and my family will never try anything else you serve..$3 piece of bread what a shame! So sad!!

My wife went to this location for the free pretzel for her birthday as advertised on the app. The employee was exceptionally rude and embarrassed her for daring to ask for what was being advertised. To save her embarrassment we just paid for the thing. What terrible customer service, and fraudulent advertising.

She overcharged me I told her I wanted the mini dogs at 4.?? And small box of pretzel hie did it come to $16.?? And I question it she was rude with king king fingernails and the mini dog were so undercooked I threw them away
