Every time I go here the service is terrible and the workers couldn’t care less about you. It always takes about 10 minutes for them to take your order IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. And then 15-20 more minutes for you to get ur food. Also very ghetto and dirty inside. I stopped going because I mainly wanted their root beer…thats what they are named after mind you, and every time they say “we are out of root beer” . Like huh

I love A&W floats, sadly their machine was broken and all the tables inside were dirty. The food was good, but I really wish the rootbeer floats were available.

Drive by here often and have been wanting to stop and give it a try. 3:30 pm on a Monday. They were open but the lobby was locked both doors. See no reason for it. Maybe they're just lazy and Dont serve walk-ins.

Really needs corporate to come evaluate this place. It’s supposed to close at 10pm, got there at 9pm and their “grill was down”. I’ve worked fast food, come up with a better excuse.

Avoid this place. Long wait times rude service and I could go on. Food was okay just not worth the terrible service and terrible environment.
I used to like long johns but I went a couple of evenings ago and ordered take out rice corn 2 pieces of fish. They gave me 2 rice. They must have had some fish left over. My fish was burned to a crisp vrry tiny piece of fish lots of burned batter horrible couldn't eat it threw it in the trash you can tell it was old stuff that should have been thrown away.6 months ago I went and my fish was raw. I guess you shouldn't order takeout you don't want to drive. Back to complainIt was over 9 dollars pure trash. I 99% of the time give good reviews but hopefully others haven't had the bad experience I has here. I should have learned from the first time. Most places the owners call you and thank you but this is the 2nd time I posted. Whoever is the owner is won't respond because he or she don't care. Hopefully others read this and go to a better place.
