The one around 68th & Memorial is terrible. Spouse sat at drive thru 5 minutes with no asking for his order or saying they would be right with him. Finally drove around & went in to order asking if drive thru wasn't working. They said it was working fine...guess it the staff that wasn't working. They left the fries out of both orders & didn't give any condiments. Not friendly even. Disappointed, won't be going back.

can't print a recipient for reimbursement per diem expenses because the printer was broke. out of hush puppies that were to be included with my meal. food was subpar at best. just overall unpleasant experience.

We drove up to the drive-through at 8:25pm on Tuesday, 11.13.18. Waited about five minutes, no one acknowledged us. So we pulled up to the delivery window and no one was there. We could see people seated inside but could not tell if they were customers or staff. We saw mops and mop buckets everywhere. This Facebook page states closing hours as 10:30. Google shows closing time at 10:00. Even if the store closes at 9:00, we were there at 8:25pm! Very disappointing. You have lots of bad reviews so perhaps it was best that we weren't served. We went to the LJS at 51st, west of Harvard where we received great service and the food was fresh, hot and delicious!

The place was very Hot and dirty!! Took a bite of fish and got a mouth full of grease! Ordered cole slaw and got fries!! Told cashier and she got me the cole slaw and it was not fresh it was warm!!

My daughter and i got here before they got busy.. waited 45 minutes before food came out. As our food waited on the counter until they called my name, another guest touched our food so they had to remake. So i ask for a refund instead and the cashier walks off and says a manager needs to handle it. By this time, the 4 customers that came after had received their refunds bc no food was coming out and one got their food plus a refund. So i tell them i waited and waited and stil

Consistently poor quality. Fish always tastes like it was friend in old, cheap oil, that should've been changed ages ago. Even the hush puppies are gross! How do you mess up hush puppies?! Nasty place, never looks or feels clean, restrooms look like a great spot for a murder scene.

Went to this location. I barely got a handful of fries and had to wait 30-45min to get my food forcing me to have to get back to work late and had to eat my lunch at my desk. Went to this location once. Probably won't ever be returning. There was a couple who ordered before me who's order was messed up as well.

Me and my boyfriend went through the drive through and we sat in line for 20 minutes for just one car to move from the window. We don't have AC in the car. It's 87 degrees right now, and the real feel is 91. 20 minutes for one car. I ordered a root beer float, and they waited 10 minutes at the window to tell us the float machine was broken. He offered to give me something else but didn't offer to refund the difference from the float to a soda. The drink should have been entirely refunded for wasting my time. We live about 5 minutes away and by the time we got home, our fries were cold. My new drink tastes like it's half water, half Dr Pepper. Both our burgers were burnt to a crisp and very crunchy and my burger had 3 half inch long pieces of bacon on it.
