My partner and I have been going here for a while and always enjoy the soups and broth but today we had an unexpected experience. We each got the chicken soup and the chicken tasted old. We thought “maybe it was our taste buds today.” We proceeding to get some simple take away broths. We told the cashier of our experience and asked how fresh the chicken was. She said “we cook it once or twice a week. That chicken is on the tail end of this week’s prep.” It did not sit well with us that 1. they are serving chicken that is about to go bad and 2. Charged us for our take away broths. The customer service was not there today.

I love this little café and grocery store. If you want healthy and tasty foods, albeit a little overpriced it's definitely a good spot. The sourdough bread is to die for and it's my new favorite spot for avocado toast.

I went here two weeks ago with my best friend for lunch, and the food is phenomenal. The atmosphere is super comfortable and they have freezers full of bone broth that you can make so many dishes with they took all the hard work out of it outstanding place !!Vegetarian options: Everything tasted amazing fresh crisp just delicious !!!
What an absolute gem of a place. The bread, is absolutely delicious, healthy, and the kiddos love it. The broth, also world class.It would get 5 starts, but the place is so slow. If you want to check out or get a cup of coffee be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes. People will come from the back and not help you.

I first tried the chicken broth when it was still “Ali Made” at the farmers market in BA. Seeing this grow and keeping the same values and consistency has been awesome and I love the additional LOCAL vendors that have been added to her store. Comfortable atmosphere, larger space, knowledgeable customer service and real, good for you, food. Highly recommended!
