I frequently get flowers from the flower shop and seem to get ignored ? and when I do get thier attention the flower attendants are not very hospitable and can't seem to help . It's almost like the ignore me and don't want to answer.

I just can't recommend it cause everything is just too high. But if your pockets are deep I'd definitely try a few things..

The Reasors reward card is a total rip off. Any points you earn are gone almost before you use the card. I purchased $200 worth of meat around October 25, but Nov 10 the points were gone. Nov 10 I purchased $100 worth of meat and by Nov 24 all points were gone. Itsa rip off and I will be shopping less and less there.

Great store. Especially love the Bakery. Whether you need a birthday cake or just have a sweet tooth. They will take care of you.

I placed a custom cake order for the bakery and Janelle nailed it. She did such a amazing job So remember them if you have a idea about a cake. They will come through for you.

If you like reasonably priced groceries, kind and helpful staff, minimal lines at the registers and self checkout, actual human beings working the registers, and helpful management, this is NOT the grocery store for you! This is the closest grocery store to me and I still avoid it like the plague as it's a nightmare experience every time. Don't count on management giving you the time of day to voice an issue or the staff to help you with their unruly self checkout system either. Save yourself the headache and hole in your pockets!

Food prices are very high, I've tried on three different occasions to use their Digital Coupons, they DO NOT WORK. Even the store employees can't figure them out. I am DONE with Reasor's!!!

My boyfriend bought a hand strainer about 2 months ago, it had sat in the car so the receipt got faded a little bit. Well they tried to say number one we didn't purchase it at that particular location and we did cuz I could still read the ZIP code on it. They refuse to give her money back and this is why and this is happens every time with research I've never never liked research ever I think they're a little too proud how much they cost for their food and why wouldn't you want to keep a happy customer for 10 bucks and potentially they'll come in there and spend $2,000 throughout the year.....dumb

They are open 24 hours, which is very convenient for me, as someone who recently moved from the Westcoast and hasn't settled in with the new time difference. I've been here twice, both visits, 1 register was open and the line had about 12 - 15 people waiting. The check out process took longer than the shopping. Other than the lack of staffing & mediocre customer service, Reasors is great. Wide variety of groceries, household and hygiene products, all at reasonable prices, conveniently open 24 hours.

There would be 0 stars if that were possible. I haven't shopped this, my favorite Reasor's, in a couple months now (at least ).Hubby just *stormed* in, having stopped for a quick pickup. He calls it a ghetto store and forbids my shopping there. He's right, we've been going all the way to the 41st / Yale. More later. A little history: As I said, I've always preferred that store. I know it like the back of my hand. A manager there once told me that store has more specialty items than any of the others. I was familiar w/ most of the employees. We all had anxiously awaited the opening of the Brookside store a few years back. But it just wasn't the same. Upon my first walk-in to the newly opened Brookside store, a transplanted 15th St employee came running up to hug me. She seemed so happy. BUT, shortly after I ran into her back at the 15th St store. When I asked why, she said, "It just wasn't the same" and I completely understood. I live between the two so it's equal distance either way. The 15th St store, however, is between home and our business which made it SO convenient. I don't remember who bought Reasors, but I wish it hadn't gone down. And I don't understand why this store is so despicable & the others aren't so bad. Just straight out poor management at THAT store? Hubby came home one day, shocked after stopping by 15th. He said "it's all different. The self check is expanded and it's kinda shut off in a circle". (Are they afraid you'll escape?) Anyway I was anxious to see the changes. It was a weekend and we were together. My first impression was that it seemed kind of trashy. The shelves were a mess w/, like, sticky notes where sale items were. I could forgive/ overlook & give them time to get their act together. But then we went to check out! We began self check in our emprisoned little corner w/ two guards nearby. Right off the bat we couldn't find the code for green onions. Not under onions, not under green onions. I turned to the guards and the older one recited the code. I laughed, " Like, wow, how'd you know that?"She went to the other side of the store. Another confession: I relentlessly shop the ads. Yea, it's confusing that the stores may differ but that's just something you have to learn. But I know MY sales. Blue Diamond nuts were on sale 2/$5. They weren't ringing up right. Hubby flagged down a guard, and boy was she a b----! Pushy, rude know-it-all who knew *nothing. She had no idea that it was wrong, she didn't know where they were in the store. I couldn't help her as the aisle was cut off by the "circle of check out".Then came the Manwich, on sale for $.99. An advertised steal. It rang up $1.99. Gulp! Another brash, uncaring, unknowing guard came to the rescue (?). This one ran around like a chicken w/ its head cut off, slinging around a newspaper. With all the huffing & puffing I finally said, " Can you just take it off? Please." I have not returned as Hubby verifies it still a ghetto hell. Which brings us to today. We were out of cheddar cheese. I texted him with the info that Best Choice cheddar shreds were 2/$3. Of course it didn't ring up w/ the sale price. But someone finally, this time, honored the ad. I can't tell you how many times I've left a phone or billfold at Reasor's -- when it *was* Reasor's -- and it was always waiting for me. Nicest people ever. A really young woman came up to me once and said, "You shop at Reasor's." I said, " are you my checker?" She smiled shyly and said, " No, I'm your bagger."

Always Friendly-Always Open. The inventory is great and the produce is always fresh. I wish more stores would follow their example.

I shop at the location on 41st street. I had been using instacart and it was becoming a hassle with them every single order. So, I started ordering my food on the reasors website and picking it up. They are wonderful. They call me if something is not in stock. They are quick and on time with every order. I highly reccomend using their online ordering.

I love research bakery. Discovering that they sell their white cake with vanilla icing by the slice was probably the best and worst thing that ever happened to me. They always have such wonderful baked goods. But then again research always has such wonderful everything. I highly recommend you stop in for a slice of cake.
