The food at BaoBao Dumpling and Ramen is fantastic. The black garlic ramen is soo good with garlic. Red bean buns and pork dumplings are offered. Service is great and minimal, with order taken upfront and food delivered to the table. The Beef Ramen is very good; the beef is lean, tender and pleasantly seasoned. A little more spiciness would not have bothered. The Shanghai Style Chicken Chow Mein did not have much flavor and was too oily for her. The menu is kept at the table to study the meal options, and Orange Chicken was added in handwriting. Order at the counter, pay at the counter, grab a soda from the cooler and sit down. The open kitchen you can view the cooks as they prepare the food. The restaurant is clean and odor free after a previous malodorous fragrance was addressed. The namesake specialty is the little steamed bags and buns of meat and vegetables, and they will be back.
