Food was pretty amazing. Kind of weird you get seated with menus but then you need to go back to register to order other than that it was crowded and food came out hot and pretty fast!

Instead of just taking my order, they seated me and then ignored me for 10 minutes until I left.

Food was fantastic. I had the black garlic ramen and it was soo good. They did not shy on the garlic and we had red bean buns and pork dumplings. Service was great and very minimal. Took our order upfront and brought the food was all that was needed.

Sat there and no one ever came to get my order. It was only me and one other person in there. The employees (except for cooks) were standing around and talking . I just ended up leaving.

As per the Doctor’s recommendation, I ordered the Beef Ramen. It was very good, The beef; lean, tender, and pleasantly seasoned. A little more spiciness wouldn’t have bothered me at all. My wife went with the Shanghai Style Chicken Chow Mein. It didn’t have much flavor and was too oily for her liking. We kept a copy of the menu at the table to study the meal options. She had noticed Orange Chicken had been added to the menu in handwriting. She wished that she had ordered that.
Order at the counter and pay at the counter. Grab your soda from the cooler before you sit down. Your food is delivered to your table.
I like the open kitchen. You can view the cooks as they prepare the food. Any strange animals are probably executed out away from the public view. It appeared to be a well ran operation.
A previous reviewer noted that on his visit, the restaurant had a malodorous fragrance. They must have addressed the problem. It was clean and odor free today.
Eventually we will be back to try the restaurant’s namesake specialty, the little steamed bags and buns, of meat and vegetables.

We ordered three items shown in the pictures. Although all three filings are pork based, all favors are different but very good. The soup dumplings are steamingly hot and very juicy. I grow up eating soup dumplings. I can confirm they are authentic. Pan fried buns are also filled with soup. They are very delicious. The ramen noodles portion size is quite generous. We end up having to take some home. We will definitely come back again.

Delicious dumplings, buns and appetizers with a good selection for vegetarians. We had the cucumber salad (delicious), vegetarian dumplings (yum!), vegetarian buns (were kinda ok) and the red bean buns (yum yum!!). Highly recommend.
