Love Bill and Ruth's but not this location. Today is the second day in a row that I came, and my order was wrong. It was a very, VERY simple order. I will start back goin to the location downtown.

I love Bill and Ruth's but this location I'll pass from now on. The young woman that took our order ( I think Bethany?) Was getting dropped off as we were pulling into the parking lot. Her ride stopped to let her out leaving our vehicle sticking half out on the street. We patiently waited several minutes for her to get out. They had the parking lot in both directions stopped. She finally got out only to give both of us a dirty rude look. Yes she took time to stop turn around and do this. TWICE Unfortunately she was the first person we had to interact with once we came in. . No Hi, hello, sorry. Nothing. The food was ok but that interaction took from it. Thankfully they have other locations.

Got their supposedly specialty sandwiches. The gyro with extra meat was surprisingly small (I'm used to having leftovers). It barely had any flavor, and I'm on a low sodium diet. This was my cheat meal. The tomatoes were green'ish, and the pita bread was stail. The ruben was also meh. Service was quick.

Definitely needs be on my top 5 list again! It's a drive but so worth it! Everything is so fresh so delicious! Ppl are always friendly!!
We don't live in Tulsa anymore, but we're back in town. The last time we had Bill and Ruth's, it was in the old location. Still great food and great service.
