We called in the order an for some reason the lady on phone was rude an still has bad attitude with customers when we came she didn't listen to lady's order an when asked her nicely about she was rude saying she not going to deal with her anymore an all she wanted was what she orderd I don't think then arre me an my wife will be back again an I liked this location come here alot not after the cashier we seen tonight
I placed an order thru the phone to pick up. I had a very large order. A girl answered and was rude. I kept having to repeat my order on the phone and when I went to pick up the order still wasn't right. And the girl that rung me up was rude. Terrible customer service. I went ahead and paid ordered a couple more things. My husband even told her thank u. Got out to the car rechecked my order and still wasn't right with one of the sandwiches.
