Catfish is excellent! We tried the BBQ as well - brisket and ribs. Ribs 7/10, brisket 4/10 - it was dry. Their sauce was great! Sides were excellent as well - mac and cheese, baked beans both very very good. I loved the atmosphere in this little place too, you can tell the staff works together amazingly well. They all helped each other out which made it a pleasant experience.

I love this eatery. Great food, staff is always nice. Haven't tried too much on the menu because I always get the same thing: all-you-can-eat catfish.
We ordered catfish and pulled pork. Both were very tasty. For sides, we had cole slaw, potato salad, macaroni and cheese and french fries. All tasted great, but I didn't care for the fries. They were lukewarm and stale. The employees were very friendly, and our server was great. Food is well priced. Three of us ate for $41 plus tip. We'll definitely be back!
My family years ago was in the bbq, chicken business. Billy Ray's is very close to what my family made. I love Billy Rays!!! Best in town!

Best catfish in Tulsa. The dinner for 2 is a little high. But so good we get it all catfish which includes 6 pieces of fish and 5 sides. Really good.
