I have celiac disease and I find it hard to go out to eat here in Tulsa, but I always know Billy Sims is a she place for me. I get the loaded Spud with brisket and Shena always makes sure that I am not exposed to any gluten. She understands the seriousness of the disease. She takes personal pride in not getting any of her customers sick and is always a bright light when we enter. The food is amazing. Best BBQ in Tulsa. Best customer service I have ever had.

We arrived at the Chickasha, OK restaurant a little after 5:00 pm today. No one was at the front counter to wait on us, had to speak loudly to get someone’s attention so we could order. Both the pulled pork and brisket were barely warm. My husband went to inquire if the oven/warmer was working. He could see that it was set to 135, but the employee said the door seal needed to be replaced! She offered to remake our food, like that would help. We have no idea how long the meat had been at an unsafe temperature and are hoping we don’t get sick from eating it (didn’t finish it). We won’t be going back. That is a serious health violation.

From Kansas city. Been here in Tulsa this time for 4 months now. Wanted to eat for I haven't eaten all day, & what can I say.... Other than it was a delightful and delicious experience, minus the baked beans. Now granted, the baked beans were not nasty, however they were not unto my liking LOL... I definitely recommend, and I will be back numerous of times to try out everything else 😍🏌️

Called first week of 12-1-25 to ask about a whole smoked turkey lady said I had until the 12-20 to place my order so I called back on 12-20 same young lady at 61st location said no cut off was the 19th she knows she told me and other people cut off was the 20th I wrote it on my calendar so young lady at the 61st location thank you for ruining my plans for Christmas dinner!

So, arrived 258 pm. Asked for lunch special which ends at 3. ONLY customer in store. Told can't have lunch special cause after 3. I asked really as was now 259. Denied again. Being a Sr. Don't want or need a full dinner. In my opinion pretty poor decision for a restaurant that was empty. I would have just left if not for my wife being hungry, but will probably find another place to get BBq.

Great food. Great staff. Great new location. I had lunch at Billy Sims BBQ in Joplin , MO and enjoyed wonderful brisket and was very impressed with the staff. Jennifer, Dontavious, and Brandon provided great service and a very clean environment. I will be back often.

At the last minute we decided to order food for Independence Day. We contacted Billy Sims on South Sheridan and they came through. We live in Sand Springs but always drive to the South Sheridan location in Tulsa. Say what you will this location is ALWAYS good and WAY better than the other Bill Sims locations. On short notice they put together food for around 30 people for our family get together. They were courteous , fast and professional. The food, as always, was excellent! Wouldn't go to any other location.

Food was cold and when I asked them to warm it up the employee put his hands on his head like it was a problem. I would have been happy with them just reheating it but the other employee said I'm sure he'll remake your order.
