First time customer. Chopped Brisket sandwich, baked potato salad side and a lemonade. Meat was stringy and dry like jerky. I tried all the sauces to try and redeem it cause $15 was riding on this meal, but I failed. Did not bring it up to the workers as the guy had a sour attitude from initial greeting. All around bad first impression and probably the last!!

Food was cold and when I asked them to warm it up the employee put his hands on his head like it was a problem. I would have been happy with them just reheating it but the other employee said I'm sure he'll remake your order.

Super nice employees courteous and friendly. But the food was dry and tasted like it'd been sitting for a while. The baked beans were thick and mushy. Update: They reached out after seeing this review and wanted to make it right. 5 stars for customer service. Will be going back for another taste!

Since when is it a practice or sanitary for you to put your sticky note that you had on the counter and your hand on that you throw it in the food container on top of my food I’m suppose to eat: That’s Gross Maybe the Health Dept needs a copy This pic was taken after I moved the sticky note from sitting on top of my food.

Their general manager, Michael Philo, is a known rapist and has wittingly spread sihpylis to multiple people, including at least one person under the age of 18. Genuine scum of the Earth who makes me ashamed to share a species with him. Cannot believe they would hire him.
Hadn't been here in a while and went Friday for lunch with the family and I have to say the food went down in my opinion. And I guess now you get which looked like old pickles out the jar with onions instead of the Banana Peppers now....😳

Stopped at the Joplin Mo Billy Sims at 12:45 for 1/2 of pound of sliced brisket. The they at the drive through was very rude. And informed me they had just done a big catering and had no sliced brisket. Isn’t that your business?
How does a place that’s main menu idea brisket and they are out? Other brisket place was happy to take my money.

The location in Junction City KS always says there fryer is off and never have wings!!!!

Ordered same food as a week ago. Price went from $30 to $40. Sides are$9. Meat was dried out and green beans mussy . Mac and cheese very bland. Notice quality going down last few years. Staff was courteous..probably won't be back to many other bbq places in town.
