We visited on Nov 15 and the two gentlemen working during early dinner was great. So friendly and helpful. The food is amazing and very reasonable. The ribs is fall off the bone tender (so good) the turkey was also very good and not dry. The Polish sausage was also very good.

Great food. Great staff. Great new location. I had lunch at Billy Sims BBQ in Joplin , MO and enjoyed wonderful brisket and was very impressed with the staff. Jennifer, Dontavious, and Brandon provided great service and a very clean environment. I will be back often.

Super nice employees courteous and friendly. But the food was dry and tasted like it'd been sitting for a while. The baked beans were thick and mushy.
Update: They reached out after seeing this review and wanted to make it right. 5 stars for customer service. Will be going back for another taste!
