Parking: My son got steak, my husband got the prime rib sandwich and they loved what they got. The Pizookie was the best dessert we've ever had.

We have made it here several times now. I like the vast selection of menu items to choose from. This time I got the hickory brisket and bacon burger. Although messy this was a very good burger especially if you are a meat lover. My wife got the New Orleans Jambalaya which tasted very good since they are not a cajun restaurant. The restaurant is big enough for large groups but still small enough to feel at home with a couple of people. My only regret is it seems they are always out of a dish each time we go, this trip it was the fried mac and cheese balls.

Run out of bread bowls...salad pretty wimpy. Steak tender. Too many screens with no sound soannoying to see but not know what was the story.

Our Bartender, Kaleb, was courteous and attentive beyond words. He was personable and we thoroughly enjoyed his banter. Bartenders can make or break a restaurant. He MADE ours. We will be back. Thank you Kaleb for a wonderful evening.

The absolute worst Philly cheesesteak I've ever had. I took 1 bite and had to send it back. It tasted like it was made by someone who hates Philly cheesesteak.

The bread was stale. The meat was cold and flavorless, no seasoning whatsoever. The cheese not melted.

Honestly, I try not to complain and send food back at restaurants but it was that bad, and for $18 they should be ashamed that thing is on the menu.

I will give them credit, our waitress apologized and immediately took it back and I ordered a burger instead, however, even though they said they would get it right in, I never got it. We ended up getting sick of waiting and just wanted to leave. My wife had already finished her meal and we were waiting at least 20 min with no sign of my burger.

I would not go back to this restaurant. For the price I expected better, and there are a million other places to eat that are better for that kind of money.

We didn't have to pay for the food and I think we got a discount on my wife's meal. I'm mainly writing this review so no human will ever have to eat that sorry excuse for a cheesesteak ever again.

Went here for a birthday dinner and was extremely disappointed with the food and service. I was a regular customer at the BJs in OKC, before moving to Tulsa, but will not be returning to the Tulsa location. Salmon was overcooked and dry, the broccoli and asparagus were both dry and completely bland. The rice that came with the Atlantic salmon was over cooked and tasted quite old. If you will be going to BJ’s I’d suggest a burger for a “safe food” option.

We were seated and no one showed up for 10 minutes. Another couple of guys came in after us and immediately were waited on and received their order of drinks first while we still didn’t have any drinks. Someone who wasn’t even supposed to be our waiter came to take our order. It was just bad all around. Won’t be going back.

I came with my parents and siblings(we got there a little after 7, we didn't leave until 9:15), and honestly it was okay at first it was a little slow getting our drinks but it was fine. But then we ordered our food which took forever to come out. My parents and siblings liked their food. But my food was another story. I had got the unlimited soup and salad, My salad was great I loved it(it was the tomato and mozzarella), how ever my broccoli and cheddar soup was horrible not only was it thick like nacho cheese but it was so salty. But not big deal I'll get a different soup. So I asked for the chicken tortilla soup, it should be thin and soupy right? No. It was thick and almost gelatinous. Oh and guess what? It was also salty. Sorry if I'm coming off a bit rude but this just kind ruined our night.

Disappointing, definitely better years ago. Some of our dishes were good, but nothing to make you want to come back. Maybe it was an off night for them but the service really needs to step up their game.

Atmosphere was nice the only thing going from my point of view tonight.... The hostess seemed as if she didn't want to be here in the first place. I ignored it.. When we were seated we waited an extended period of time to be acknowledged. While doing so a certain waitress stood out because of her actions. Just so happened she was our waitress, lucky us! She had a nasty attitude from jump, she was not attentive at all, did not check in on us as needed, failed to provide proper condiments, was away for far too long, so long that we had to bother another waitress and she advised that 'no worries, your waitress should have asked if you needed anything'. My food was burnt, it was disgusting. My husbands steak was not well done as requested, and my first sister wife had something in her beverage and she could care less. Not one single apology for being away, forgetting something, an inconvenience Nothing! And she was absolutely not busy with other patrons, because we heard her before we saw her our attention was on her. She retrieved management for us and we spoke with him, did not give a name but he did offer me a cookie for how we were made to feel on our first and LAST time visiting. He mentioned 'I did speak with her about things..... Sir We know!!!!! WHEN SHE RETURNED HER ATTITUDE WAS W O R S E... Delyna P after this evening there is a strong possibility that you should not work with humans and around food. Your attitude, appearance and energy are trash just as the food you attempted to serve me. Unfortunately management is right behind in the race with how it was all handled.
I'm sorry for not apologizing.. Thank you for feeling and being obligated to adjust our bill.
We will not return to Bjs Restaurant and Brewhouse.
Please do better.
