I order the fast fired meat balls and it clearly states three 2oz meatballs on the app and that’s how’s I’ve always gotten them and now recently they only put 2 meat balls in each order. I asked them if they changed it from 3 to 2 they said yes. But it doesn’t seem like they should be doing that and are trying to save on costs. It should not be $7.00 for just 2 meatballs…

pizza is good but i would not recommend pickup. pizza toppings were completely wrong. it’s like they put whatever they wanted on it instead of what i asked for. banana peppers instead of green. chorizo instead of pepperoni. black olives that i didn’t ask for at all. and no oregano which i did ask for.

Avaya Fails
This lady came into the store, coupons didn’t work so she started taking it out on the manager and me. Not only did she lie but switched up her story, the manager was right there when it all happened. I didn’t do anything she said, I responded to what she had said in the store, there were other people that seen it too and thought it was very disrespectful of her to lie. She had no right to act the way she was acting, I even made sure to show her what was done, she said okay but still proceeded to walk out and come back in disturbing us while we were trying to do our job.

I visited the store and attempted to use a coupon for the cheesy bread reward, but it was unsuccessful. I then tried to redeem my rewards, which totaled 70 points, for a $5 discount, but this also failed to work in-store. However, I was able to successfully redeem it through the app. Unfortunately, the store employees were rude. One of the employees was scratching her hair While making the pizzas and she has braids. I asked her could she wash her hands and she refused to do so. This happened at the Tulsa, Oklahoma location. The young lady that helped me which goes by the name Avaia I think it’s not only disturbing from what happened in the store arguing with me, but was so disrespectful that she text me.

Love the food here, delicious one of a kind pizza. I believe that they should include the the toppings you can put on a pizza on the menu because when you first walk in, they take your order and then make the pizza. You're then asked to walk down to the cashier which is when you walk past all of the toppings, and it's more of a Subway type style because you see all of the toppings that you can put on there after you've already ordered your pizza. I just think there could be a little bit more transparency and ordering. The staff are pretty friendly but they're not very knowledgeable. Ive been here half a dozen times and almost every table is dirty each visit. Last time i went, they messed up an order so we had to wait 2x as long but we understand mistakes happen. Theyre on the more pricey side, but you pay for what you get. All In all, I would recommend this place nearly because of the food that it has- the Woodfired Pizza is so good!

At times they can be stingy with their toppings, and have flat out said no to some of my requests (I like my pizza saucy with a lot of pineapple, what can I say?) but the pizza cannot be beat. I will love them forever.

Since management doesn’t want to talk to me after I’ve requested it, I’ll leave my honest review. I had been craving pizza for awhile and finally decided to treat myself. So this last Monday (12/02/24) I ordered a pizza from Blaze pizza. It took awhile for them to make but eventually it was on the way. When I got it, it was cold….like not even a tad warm at all. It was pretty gross and I had to reheat it in the microwave. This is seriously pathetic especially considering how expensive your pizzas are. I’ll order from Pizza Hut next time. It won’t be as good, but it’ll be hot.
