Waited in the drive thru just now for over 30 minutes. Absolutely horrible. Made me and my son late for his first circus. Never going back.

When entering this location i noticed 5 female employees all wondering the lobby talking and barely cleaning. while customers waited at the counter asking for help. as I also waited and was ignored a few minutes. once ordered I waited about 15 minutes or so for my food as my friends food was brought out and completely incorrect . these employees are rude and slow and have very horrible customer service skills. they are training one another and thats not a good way to represent Whataburger in my eyes. hope ypu can hire better employees soon ...
