Long time patron both meals and groceries. Tonight waited at counter a long time without service. Counter help turned their backs casually talking shunning their work. It also happened a couple months ago. Mostly good food, experience but this degrading service makes a point of very bad service. Sad to end such a memory of good years.

Rude service found a bug crawling on my table and it took twenty mins to get an ice cream cone soft serve.

Braums is a place that has great food and a clever little grocery store that blends high quality groceries with convenience and in my opinion, great value overall.

Braums is the greatest. And this location is very clean and courteous.

Excellent food, very poor rude employees that you can not understand at all. Fire them for ones that will work. Lazy place is gross very diffent from 6 months ago. I do not recommend.

I was in the drive thru the girl taking my money was very rude and accused me of being on the phone or something, then when I pulled to get my order the dude was super rude and I couldn’t even drink my cherry limeade it was the worse one I’ve ever had.

I ordered a bacon mushroom and Swiss burger, only bacon, Swiss and mushroom. My burger had onions on it and had so much sauce I couldn't even hold it together, if I was to eat it. Which I can't b/c I'm allergic to onions. And the lady that handed me my food practically throw my bag of food at me and slammed the window shut, (she clearly hates her job) I was trying to ask her for salt ! I tried calling the store 3 times with no answer, had to be at work, no time to go back. Very unhappy customer. Glad this isn't my normal location and was only in that area for training b/c I will not be back.
