Amazing in every way
Once I got helped, I received the smallest sundae at the highest price possible! Terrible service! The cashier was more interested in her phone than customers. This staff should be ashamed of themselves.
Not very professional most are rude
Good food
My husband literally almost broke a tooth on this. Its a little plastic bow he found in his ice cream.
First of all, it felt like my very presence was an irritant to Keniah. No smile, no warm greeting, nothing. I had a very simple order. A large drink, a large fry and a large shake. This somehow took four tries to get right before we even left the order taking process. She then starts my shake without letting me get my drink while I waited. I ask for the cup and am ignored. When I made a gesture of half shrug, half exasperation, Fanny noticed and tried to give me a water cup before the confusion was cleared up and I received my cup. Now mind you, this whole time, a dude is holding up the counter doing absolutely nothing and Fanny is walking around. Keniah got my shake which was incredibly messy (and is now in my car’s interior quite deeply) looked at me with zero expression and then goes to get my fries (which were not very fresh) while the other two do nothing. Just all in all, an awful experience.

Guy in the drive thru was flirting very uncomfortably, ice cream tasted sour and even got the wrong change back

Place is lazy as hell don’t put napkins in the bag, don’t change out the soda products just throw the food together then have the nerve to have an attitude when you drive thru. Place needs to be shut down honestly.
