We went through the drive through and the lady was really rude, and then we went the window and got our food and we didn’t get our drinks or ice cream. We went back and got totally different things. We ordered a banana shake and we got a vanilla one, we also got a Sunday and it was inedible. This is not the only issue we have had.

Just left, workers in the drive thru were kinda rude, burger was just thrown together, chili was cold, and the fries were soggy, only think that was good was our beverages. I’m not sure who’s running the establishment now but it has never been this bad

Morning staff is amazing. Very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was spot on. And, you can't beat the quality dairy (especially when they have a sale).Kid-friendliness: They have ice cream. The end.
The young lady who made my order was customer service friendly. Made a mess with hot fudge all over the container and didn't bother to clean it off. The sack was sitting on the counter she refused to put the order in with the rest.

The worst braum's ever. I made my order. When i got it it wasn't what i ordered.When they make a mistake no acknowledgementrefused to fix the problem after you have paid for your food. Told me to go somewhere else... "give her a refund" No problem.They should be shut down an the health department should be up in there pronto. Reading is fundamental. Their quality of work doesn't deserve a rating because its garbage..work ethic is not there..and all in question SHOULD BE FIRED!
