Updating my post to say the braums by my house has really improved customer service and the burgers are delicious.
I was talking to the store manager today. She was super friendly, very cordial and every means it was nice to eat there today.

A couple weeks ago I went through the drive-thru and didn’t notice until I got home that my order was wrong. Usually I just ignore it, but it’s frustrating when it keeps happening. My order isn’t even complicated. I just ask for no tomatoes but instead they gave me a plain sandwich.
I called to let them know, and the manager (I can’t remember her name) was really kind and apologized. She said she would write my name down in their book so I could be compensated.
I went back on Friday and told them what happened. The lady at the drive-thru looked annoyed, asked for my name, went to check, and came back saying she couldn’t find it. She still gave me the order at no charge, but she was clearly irritated. And when I got home… the order was wrong again!!
And on top of that, they’ll ask you to pull ahead so they can get other orders out, leaving you waiting 10 minutes for your food. Other times they’ll make you sit behind a car in the drive-thru instead of moving them forward. Like… make it make sense.
Best ice cream selection in Tulsa.
It's coming up on the holidays and their Egg Nog and their Gingerbread seasonal ice creams are INCREDIBLY GOOD! 😋
