The food is good but the food is expensive. This review is more about how expensive it really is. I bought 2 spicy jalapeno burger and the total cost was around $23.54 dollars with 2 drinks and large fries. Very expensive but i guess everyone is charging that.

The food was great though cant complain about the quality of taste

The slowest braums in the city, which is ok.. but why does noone wear gloves? Watching people scratch their body, using their phone, and then handling my food.. awesome.

My husband and I went to Braum’s, yesterday 8/25 at around 6:20 p.m. The girl who served us (didn’t get a name because she had no name tag) was just terrible.

My husband was showing me one of his favorite places to go and I’ve never been so we were decently excited. (I know, fast food, but it was the concept.) After walking the store section, we got was ice cream. There was no line, so we walk up, and begin looking. The girl behind the counter doesn’t seem thrilled, but I thought she’d be at least decent. I ask, “Do you know what the butter brittle tastes like?” And she just says, “No, I don’t,” and rolls her eyes. I was a bit stunned and simply reply, “Oh, okay.” My husband proceeds to order and when I begin, I say, “I’ll try the butter brittle and—“ to which she cuts me off and says, “Well did you want to try it then?” I, again, was stunned by her cutting me off and the sassy response. Based on her earlier response, I thought maybe they didn’t do samples? Anyway, I say, “Oh, sure!” which gets us another eye roll. My husband and I glance at each other to make sure each of us isn’t crazy and it really was as odd of an encounter as we each thought.

I get it—it’s fast food and you may not LOVE your job, but to be straight up rude, rolling your eyes, cutting people off made a terrible first time experience.

So as a person with a nut allergy, I am always very cautious with every bite I take of icecream because there is always a risk of contamination. However, I usually don’t worry too much about my entire icecream being incorrect, especially on a late night run in a dark car where the colors look similar enough. My butterfinger was turned into a butter pecan. Thank goodness I noticed immediately and spit it out and choked down my meds. But then when we told them the mistake, there was 0 care or concern from the employees. They had some technical difficulties tonight as well and the employees tonight just seemed to not care a bit about having good customer service. Most of the time there is a long wait, incorrect items, and unfriendly service. Only 1 employee I like here and he works in the grocery section so he gets the stars.

My family and I always come to this Braum's, and we love it. The manager, Laura, is very nice and was so understanding when we were charged incorrectly. She handled the situation quickly ensuring we were satisfied with the resolution. The staff here is always friendly, and the service is consistently good. The ice cream is fresh and delicious! The atmosphere is welcoming and clean, making it a great place to bring our family. Overall, this place is a good spot for a quick visit.

Usually love Braums. Had the double jalapeño burger and it is in desperate need of a second slice of cheese. A double cheese burger of any kind should have two slices of cheese. Ended up tasting like dry hamburger meat with a pile of jalapeños and vegetables on top.
