Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

I go to braums often and have for the last 20 years and it's always been good. But this location is a disgrace to the company and should be closed, everybody evaluated, and reopened with the right people who have the right mindsets and attitudes for the service industry. When the expressionless girl who took my order mumbled what do you want I knew I had made a mistake by coming to this location. The place was empty.. it took 15 minutes for a medium French fry? Always leave this place in a bad mood. Please braums read this and get the right people in here because we want the real braums back!

I ordered two vanilla milkshakes. When I got home and took the lid off one of them it had stuff in it. I don't know if it was M&Ms or Oreos or what but it was gross. Then my husband, who already drank 1/2 of his down, opened his milkshake and there was dark brownish black stuff in it and around the cup. Again, was this Oreo cookie or what? Terrible experience. Won't go back.

Great service and food (breakfast). At first, forgot some item, but we were inside - and we checked before leaving. They corrected the order after we mentioned some items were missing.

The guy that served us was very rude and rushed us! If it wasn’t for the lady after him to help us I would have lost all my cool with this place! I had to apologize to the lady for my upset attitude but seeing him rush us and serve 5 other cars with no problem then forget about us is bs!!! Will not be going to this Braum’s again

Excellent burgers, excellent chicken, great crinkle cut fries, and good ice cream at a fair price. Cheaper than the clown or the king and way, way better.

Took ~30 minutes to serve 2 cars. Fries were cold. No bacon on my “bacon cheeseburger”.
