Multiple customers inside waiting to get there orders taken...for over 10 minutes
Manager Anna kept looking and walking off to the back...
Meanwhile 2 people withhead sets are taking orders for the single lane drive thru.
One gentleman finally walked back to where Anna the Manager was standing..hiding out of sight.
She then come around the corner and about 7 or 8 people started in on her..
Her reply was sorry where shorthanded today and where busy in the drivethru...
Everybody basically said ...the driveway customers get preferred treatment?.
Then I asked..why are you not taking orders..she said I was busy doing other things..and didnt see anybody....which was a lie..we all could see her hiding around the corner on her phone..
She made eye contact at least 3 times
And you don't just not see a dozen people..
Needs fired .obvious a very incompetent employee

Went there for ice cream and they always have good options for ice cream. I think they have some of the best ice cream around town

Gotta love how you're standing their for over10 minutes and the cashiers begin to help everyone standing behind you instead of you. And not because they were there before you, but because the one male employee is giving you the side eye. I guess that's how this location treats all Veterans.

Food was cold and not put together well. Very sloppy. The customer are is filthy, can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I called the store manager and was guaranteed it would be handled so we gave them another shot two weeks later and nothing changed.

4 stars. Chicken dinners are wonderful here.
They’re definitely busy in the evenings, but the food was cooked fresh and hot.
It’s definitely an affordable place.
Staff are hit or miss, with some being silent and dismissive and others being attentive and pleasant.
Only complaint would be they don’t salt fries here.

Never had anything at braums that wasn't good. No one has ice cream like braums so good

It gave my husband and son food poisoning. When I walked in I said the floors were sticky. Should have left right then and there. My salad was safe at least.

Confirmed the slow service, Even when it was kind of empty.

One of the cashiers was apologizing to some customers about slow service, the other one acted sullen.
My order was messed up.
Food was delicious 😋

Completely messed up my order. I asked for no veggies on my burger and to have braums sauce. They didnt do either of those. I work near by and have little time to fix THEIR mistakes. Idc that it’s busy, we get busy but don’t make mistakes like that. Do better.
