I already know this is like the worst braums but seriously? I just wanted a decent pancake for breakfast lol. Clean your grill ffs… If you wanna eat here i would save your money and go elsewhere its definitely not worth it

Drive thru is slow but the workers are typically nice and try to have a funny attitude about it. I recently noticed improvement in that area though

I had to wait 15 minutes for a burrito and when it came it was made wrong. I addressed it to the manager ,Tori, and she just acted like it was no deal. I saw another person come in and get there food after me and the drive thru kept moving.

It's been a while since I've been to Braum's so stopped for a hamburger and chocolate malt and everything was great.
We waiting over 30 mins in line for the drive thru then they told us that the drive thru was closed At 6:30pm... they had very few people working so lines in the lobby was crazy. No spoons for ice cream. Ppl kept coming up saying something was wrong or missing. Avoid this bruams during beak time prolly.

Might’ve been the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Took 29 minutes for 2 cars to get thru. Messed up my order of a 2 chicken strip combo.. and looked like somewhat sat on my sundae. Just sad and at the window to pay nobody was there, I pull up to have an employee harass me that I should’ve paid and he didn’t even acknowledge that nobody was at the pay window that I waited 5 minutes at.

My partner and I came here after dinner at one of our favorite Chinese restaurants. We pulled up in the drive-thru and there was one car ahead of us. It took them forever to get help. Then we pulled up and the first thing they said was, "Please hold." A few minutes later, they asked what we wanted to order. I ordered a medium chocolate malt, and my partner wanted a twist in a waffle cone, but all they had was vanilla, so he got a malt too. We drove up and paid, then sat waiting for our malts for over 10 minutes while three entire songs played on the radio. When we looked inside, they were not busy or doing much; some employees were standing around talking. We finally got our malts, but there were no apologies for the wait or anything. We won't be coming back to this location since there are so many other Braum's on the way home.
