Dustin the guy who was taking my order was extremely rude, unprofessional and grumpy! Completely ruined my experience. Managers please train your employees better!

I typically don’t leave reviews but tonight was the second time we ordered a chocolate shake and ended up with chocolate milk instead. I can see how this might happen but the receipt even said milkshake.

Watched my shake get dropped on the floor, told it was being remade and to pull around front. From the front I watched him pour the floor shake into a different cup. Lazy transparency, how novel

Very very messy and did not clean well between shakes.

Store was dirty, there was ice cream on our tray liner & we didn't order ice cream. No napkins in the napkin holders. My chili was barely warm. It was super loud as well. Worst Braums experience ever.

Sandwich had obviously been made for a while. Bun was crunchy, hard in places, chicken was "well " done. Staff was friendly and attentive. Not the cleanest one I've been in.

I generally love Braums, but this is the first and last time going to this location. The inside was run down and dirty. They missed a few items on our order and waited til it was cold to call our number. There were MANY flies bothering us as we tried to eat and all over the trash bins. When leaving, we noticed a dead roach on the floor near the counter.
This location needs a deep cleaning.

This will probably be my last time to eat at this one on Memorial. It has just become so dirty! The floor was dirty, the guy who took my order was splattered with chocolate and who knows what else across his shirt, apron, and even his name tag. The counters needed to be wiped off. Where they prepared the food also, and yet we're not wiped off. The floors were some what dirty, and so were the tables. You can tell it is not owned by the original Braums family anymore.

The food is fine, but Dustin gave us some of the worst service I’ve seen in fast food in a while. We accidentally pulled up to the wrong window because we misheard them, and he glared at us and was so rude when speaking to us. We were completely kind and apologetic for pulling to the wrong window, so I do not understand why he treated us so rudely. Don’t recommend coming here.

Easily the most convenient store, ice cream parlor and restaurant in the area. I could walk in with nothing and walk out with a bag’o’burgers, milk, eggs and a scoop of ice cream and never even have to leave the store to obtain the items

Parking: Drive-thru and parking lot are separated avoiding needless accidents, hold-ups and provides plenty of room for larger vehicles

Kid-friendliness: Clean kid-friendly family environment
