Very good ice cream

Came by to get a cappuccino chunky chocolate and Marlow was so helpful and kind. She put extra effort into making our order right and was very sweet, looking forward to coming back again

Less then the standard service from a fast food place

Went for ice cream around 9:30 pm in Tulsa and this was the only place open. Ice cream was delicious with many flavors to choose from. It was interesting to read the story behind the brand.
“They are Milking thousands of cows an hour, providing enough fresh raw milk for more than one million glasses! We are also the only major ice cream maker in the country to milk our own cows. Because Braum’s milk comes from our private dairy herd, we know what’s in it. Braum’s dairy herd enjoys a 100% vegetarian diet grown right on our farm. No growth hormones or antibiotics added.”
It is a family business with many locations. Inside the store is a fresh market with reasonable prices and plenty to choose from. There is also a sit down restaurant and if you go to their website you can find great recipes!

Came here a few days ago and while I like the ice cream a lot, the service is beyond terrible. Nobody acknowledges the existence of the walk-in customers trying to order ice cream. Most are only serving drive thru and the rest are unprofessional: playing with their hair, joking with each other, yet keeping their backs turned towards the customers. While I waited placed my order last time, I refused to play this game of utter disinterest again. I frequently go to Braums but this one challenges my patience too much. There is no clear indication of a line or a desire to serve. Highly disappointed with the service.

Omg!!!! We were visiting from Texas for my bday and I have never been to a Braum's before. When I tell you this location had beyond stellar customer service, I'm for real. The hospitality we experienced in my opinion was better than the Texas hospitality we hear ppl talking about and have been around my whole life...stellar!!! The food was good and the ice cream was great! The service was so good that instead of going to eat somewhere else for my bday dinner I chose to go back to this Braum's location and the customer service was still amazing!!! 👌🏾 If you haven't been to this location, go check them out. They have an amazing crew and team. Thanks for making our experience a memorable one!!!

This is my preferred Braum’s near my home. The food here is consistently good regardless of the time of day. The staff are pleasant and competent. No long waits or funky attitude.

Kid-friendliness: Staff is helpful to my 10 year old when he sometimes runs into the store for me for grocery items and take home ice cream.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is actually accessible and not blocked by any crumbling pavement or other impediment such as a non-functioning entrance.

THEY HAVE THE BEST EGGNOG.

Their food is delicious. and the limited time eggnog is so good!!!!!!!!!!!

I only buy milk from braum's for making yogurt. They are a consistent place to get buttermilk and good quality butter.
