Occasionally stop by for drinks. Most of the pull up stations are for online orders. Not many pull up stations work so good luck getting a working station. People are nice.

They have the best banana split around Tulsa... They really know how to make em here

Love it when u get a large shake and when u get home u see a little slash on the side, then it gets everywhere, I'm just saying.,...

the last 4 times i have been in there has been 20min+ wait they never make my shake i always have to ask and wait for it. i never write these its just horrible!!!!! tbh 4 trips in a row!!!!

Today I had the worst experience at this location. I simply asked the lady at the window, not the cashier but the other one why did they not notify us that it was a wait and she had the worst attitude and stated we don’t know if we’re gonna be backed up in until you’re here. Mind you when I came around from ordering my food. There were already two prior cars over to the right hand side I thought they were just parked cars. No, they were cars waiting on their order so she clearly knew that they were they were backed up. Then other orders start coming out behind all three of us. They were now parked waiting on our orders. The first car drove off. The second car was waiting for ice cream, so there was no cooking there. There shouldn’t have been no wait for her at all and then there’s me I finally get my order which were too large hashbrowns and both of the two large containers had every bit of six hashbrowns in there six hashbrowns at that point I wanted to go in and get a full refund for my order because I was totally dissatisfied not to mention the cherry limeade that I ordered that taste like it’s been sitting there overnight. It has zero flavor to it at all totally totally totally totally not OK.

Normally I have good service and stuff at this braums but its definitely different ppl today. That's not my issue tho. I had ordered unsweetened ice tea and they gave me old tea. I know its old by the taste and by the gunk that I found in my drink. I tried to call but there was no answer. When possible please contact me so we can get this fixed.

They suck at making my ice cream!!! All I ask is for my ice cream malts to be thick!!! Every time I come here I have ice cream mailing issues! The. Children they have working need to hurry up and go back to school to learn to follow directions !!! 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️😡😡

Still am not an over the top gan of Braums but th ice cream is okay.

I didn’t give one star because my food was actually hot and fresh(ish). Absolutely zero customer service skills from the employee at the 1st window, who likely got her training from the manager at the second window. No greeting, no “how are you?” “Have a good night”, the manager looked the complete opposite way while handing me my bag and my drink. I don’t come to Tulsa often, but safe to say I’ll skip Braum’s altogether going forward….
