We waited 5 minutes before we asked for someone to wait on us. No employee acknowledged us until a couple minutes after that. There were a couple employees working around us the whole time doing random tasks. One employee took the customers order behind us instead of assisting the other employee with our order while she was on the 1st of our three items. A customer behind us left before Our item was complete.

The food is good but the service is not to good. Always messing up orders, and when you tell them they give you an attitude about it. This is a large frie, looks like some one was eating them while we was waiting in drive thru.

Just left store #80 and ordered a bag of burgers with no cheese and they shorted me out 2 burgers and charged me for the cheese anyway plus an extra 4 dollars for a bob disk jr c, whatever that is it wasn't in the bag.I didn't even realize it till I got home and I called to let em know they did so and the rude lady said I was a little liein ass boy and hung up on me

Classic place and name in this State. Great people that make great food. Fast and friendly. Ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and a vanilla shake. Paid and made my way to hang with my friends at the corner table. Grade A.

Braum’s has great ice cream, hamburgers and last minute groceries. It’s like a Room of Requirement (Harry Potter reference).

Always busy, a lot of workers but no one to help. Attitudes all day. Feel bad for the grocery side. They are under trained and over stressed. Good ice cream selection. Braums milk is THE BEST MILK.
