Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

The only thing the suffer on is quality. The prices are good. The staff is a bit friendly but very knowledgeable and patient towards patient people. They will assist you if you're friendly. The atmosphere is as good as any Braum's in Tulsa. Clean, safe and efficient. You won't be waiting as long as other stores for service.

Parking: Many spots the location is near a slightly troubling traffic light. Once you pull in very little problems finding a totally free parking spot. When busy typically there's been ten spots left at the busiest I've ever seen it. I used to go here a lot.

Always check your order before leaving. They have a tendency to mess up my sundae order regularly, I always have to go inside to ensure they make it with the right ice cream. But you can never go wrong with a bag of burgers! Best deal they have

I went there to get a meal with eggnog that I have been craving for almost 1 year. This was very unfortunate situation because I came home with and not pleasant diarrhea. To put this in perspective I go to the Chinese buffet (China wok) every week for almost 2 years and never get sick.

This braums falls short. I have always preferred braums, over all other fast food. This braums has provided me with 3 consecutive sub par experiences. The lady at the widow didn't speak English, a couple weeks ago. I couldn't make my order. When I thought that I had, she told me that the price was about 5 times what it should have been. She obviously couldn't take the order. I just walked away. The next time, my debt card was hit about 30 minutes later, for an online purchase. The employee at the window must have taken a photo of my card. Then today, I only ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. The biscuit was hard and crumbled like a stale cookie, the cheese and bacon was cold, and the employee acted annoyed to serve me.
This place has reinforced my theory of these times. I call it a psychopathic customer service era.
I know it is just a fast food joint, but come on, man.

Best milk and ice cream

This is the second time that I’ve gotten a Vanilla Yogurt small Cone and have had hair on it. The first time I went in to exchange it but this second time the order was wrong then the hair. Never again. Everyone needs to wear hair nets and make sure your damn lashes are intact because that’s disgusting.

This braums is SO dirty inside. The fountain drink station had flys and melted ice cream everywhere. The Condiment station, sauce everywhere as well as Condiment cups all over the floor. There was mold growing inside the Ketchup pump. Table were dirty and sticky and the restrooms …disgusting.
