Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

This location has consistently gotten our food orders incorrect. We ordered 2 egg and cheese biscuits, and then 1 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. I took the order home to find 3 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. I took it back and explained that the order was incorrect and I HAVE A PORK ALLERGY so it’ll need to be fixed. They “fixed it” and handed it back. I get home, serve one to my child who does not eat pork, and then open mine. It is saturated in pork grease, pork remnants, etc. Mistakes happen, so I wasn’t upset the first time I returned but after explaining that this was an ALLERGY, I was livid. I called back and let them know what had happened, and demanded to speak with the manager (not typically something I’d do but this would send me to the ER). The manager refused to talk to me and instead had a very young employee try to explain to me that I’d need to bring the ENTIRE order back to receive a refund. When I went back, I showed the manager and he essentially acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about and he was blind to the blatant pork all over the food in my hands. Ultimately I did get a partial refund, but it took 3 trips back to the location and over 45 minutes for that to happen. Again, mistakes happen and that’s completely okay. However, sending me back food, even after I explicitly said I was allergic, was intentional and disgusting.

Braums is always a good time. Never had a bad meal or interaction. Fun livily environment

Every morning I use the drive through and order the same thing. Literally. Every morning for the last two or three years, and the employees are always friendly, I've never had to wait and they recognized my voice and remember my order. I like this braums. Store, service and the people. Thanks guys n ladies. Especially the cashier I call Miss.Smiley ☺️

This is the closest braums to me and I come here all the time, their burgers and ice cream are great, and the groceries can be a little pricey but the quality makes it worth it. Everything is from local farms which is important to me and the 2 for 6 gallon of milk is a good deal when they're running that sale. Also the new Mexican ice cream flavors are amazing, IDK if piñon or mango chamoy is my favorite.

If you’re from out of state, this is the best fast food restaurant you can find in Oklahoma. Way better than in and out, plus they have ice cream!

Fast service. Good food. Clean. Polite staff.

Food is good but managers always yelling at the kids and heard one call them stupid, one manager always outside smoking and another looks dirty with some type of hair on clothes and smell of cigarettes. Always see them in the evening. I try to go in afternoon they are nicer.
