Please don't eat no food from here they messed up our order so many times I suggest know people or nobody don't get no food from braum's these people suck

It's not a drink you hear them hype up much but they make the best Limeade 🤌 Honestly puts sonic to shame.

I used to love this place been visiting here since 2016 and refreshing my parched spirit and famished soul with delicious 🍔 🍟 and hand scooped🍨shake's childlike innocent feeling just walking in but on Nov 2nd something horrific happened to me four employee's one being a manager had stolen valuable and some brand new good's out of my cart and went through everything I owned and threw it in the trash all my lifesaving medication spilled out everywhere I am not well disabled and receive SSI it's all I had friend's my friend and I knocked on the window all four of them ignored us finally a manager with pink and blue hair came to the window and said we threw it in the trash I was a paying customer never stole from them always treated them kindly and respectfully I am absolutely hurt heartbroken and feel betrayed since I have filed a police report contacted corporate to no avail and pray everyday justice is served and truth defended I guess I have no rights sometimes people are just cruel and evil

Our order was correct and prompt. Store was nice and clean. Nice employee took our order. Thank You!

Good burgers I liked the braum sauce

Usually rude and impatient and the shakes and malts are either too watery or too thick u can't drink it I'd rather it be too thick than have a lump of ice cream and some milk on top it's bad

Their biscuits and gravy are milt in ur mouth good bu t they stop serving breakfast at 10:30am

I stop by this Braums location on a regular basis to pick up grocery items. It's a quick in and out, and the food items are fresh. On one visit, there was a guy in the parking lot acting a bit skeevy, and the cashier was kind enough to walk me to my car when they saw I was nervous. I really appreciated that. My husband is addicted to their biscuits and gravy for breakfast.

This location has consistently gotten our food orders incorrect. We ordered 2 egg and cheese biscuits, and then 1 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. I took the order home to find 3 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. I took it back and explained that the order was incorrect and I HAVE A PORK ALLERGY so it’ll need to be fixed. They “fixed it” and handed it back. I get home, serve one to my child who does not eat pork, and then open mine. It is saturated in pork grease, pork remnants, etc. Mistakes happen, so I wasn’t upset the first time I returned but after explaining that this was an ALLERGY, I was livid. I called back and let them know what had happened, and demanded to speak with the manager (not typically something I’d do but this would send me to the ER). The manager refused to talk to me and instead had a very young employee try to explain to me that I’d need to bring the ENTIRE order back to receive a refund. When I went back, I showed the manager and he essentially acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about and he was blind to the blatant pork all over the food in my hands. Ultimately I did get a partial refund, but it took 3 trips back to the location and over 45 minutes for that to happen. Again, mistakes happen and that’s completely okay. However, sending me back food, even after I explicitly said I was allergic, was intentional and disgusting.

Braums is always a good time. Never had a bad meal or interaction. Fun livily environment
