This specific location is absolute garbage. 9 times out of ten I have to go in after I receive my order to have them remake it correctly, and that’s after a 30 minute wait after they make you pull up so their numbers don’t look bad. Now I’ve got cold food and melted ice cream. The whole time you can watch them play on their phones, or talk with friends who have come to the store to hang out. We’ve been going here for years…. Different managers, and nothing changes. Something has to change at this location.
I go here for their produce. Its always good and it's less crowded.
People working here understand little English, took 15 minutes for order and I asked for extra salsa for 2 burritos and only got 2 salsas. Food wasn't even that hot for the wait.
Great service and ice cream!
I've not been in this location before it's very clean and the employees are great

Good food great people
I ordered a large cherry limeade, needless to say it tasted like water with a dash of lime??? It was not a cherry limeade. I went back in and told them it did not taste right? The girl that fixed it asked what was wrong? I told her it didn’t taste like a cherry limeade at all. She made me another one that tasted better but still not what I usually get from Braums. I just took it and told her thank you, she was very rude about the fact I didn’t like the first one. I will not be back to this Braums.
Great place
Best Ice cream ever
I changed my 5 star rating to three because your night crew is the absolute worse and many of your workers at night have bad attitudes and they act like they are miserable. The only reason I even give it three stars is because your day crew is a lot better at the quality of their food and their customer service. Every time I go during the day, my food is fresh, it's hot, and I have no complaints. But your night crew is awful. I'm just going to say that I worked for Braums for 2 years and I was the cook and in the frontline a majority of the time I worked there so I made a ton of products and I know the difference between orders that are fresh and orders that they have been sitting out and reheated. Multiple times at night have gotten dried chicken sandwiches because they have been sitting in the warmer for hours and not being changed out, I have had stale fries that have been thrown back in the grease to reheat them, and I have had burgers that were dryer than ghandis flip flops. I even had a limeade where it tasted like they used the lime juice at the bottom of the container because they didn't want to cut anymore limes. Recently, I ordered a peanut butter cup shake and instead of telling me they were out of the ice cream, they gave me a Vanilla shake with the reeses candy in it for the mix as an attempt to cover it up. Now my recent problem is, I go to the drive thru to order me a burger and the one I asked for didn't come with onions. I asked them if they could add onion to it and they told me they couldn't. But if it's a huge deal, why has braums been allowing everyone to modify and add things on their burgers for years? Why do they put onion on the burger for me during the day? Someone has taught and is teaching your night crew really bad habits and when they answer the drive thru, they shouldn't be sounding dead on the inside and miserable. If they cant stand their job they should really find another one if its that bad. I didn't like working for braums when I did, but I sucked it up and did my job correctly and still made sure everything was done in a satisfactory way that wouldn't piss people off and make them complain and when it got to the point where I absolutely couldn't stand it anymore, I found and new job and I quit so I wouldn't take it out on the customers. Also, I'm to the point where I don't trust anyone in your night crew handling my food anymore because if they can't be honest and communicate properly about the availability of certain items and they make something else or take a short cut and try to pass it off for what the customer requested, they could make a customer sick with food poisoning or kill them if that customer turns out to be allergic to one of the ingredients. At all times, they need to communicate with customers about the availability of their products and give the customer the choice of picking another item or going somewhere else, because again, what if the customer has allergies?
