Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Man... I hate to do this because this is my favorite braums, but I was inside filling up my drink when I spotted a roach crawling out from underneath the drink machine.

They have a decent breakfast. I stop by in the morning to get a sausage biscuit with eggs and cheese.

Worst Braums in town. Slow, sloppy burger, cold fries. Go to ANY other Braums.

Major, major serious hygiene issues at this location. It was around 9:00 pm when I saw this. All counters and food prep areas were filthy, employees have no regard for hygiene at all. I would post pictures but my aim is not to shame anyone but rather, I hope someone gets this under control.

We only got ice cream. The ice cream is good as always

We're here eating at 10:30pm tonight and can't help but hear a mixed girl with curly hair whos name tag said winer, talking shit on her headset about us to the black boy with red and black dreads and laughing out loud the entire weve been here. Why? Idk but my appetite was killed. And sadly this was my favorite place to eat

Love the eggnog! Dropped in for some and a limeade. No sugar in the limeade. Asked them to remake it and make sure it had simple syrup. Handed me an equally awful limeade. An employee brought me a fresh gallon of simple syrup and said they did not know what else to do. So they added not enough simple syrup to the top of my limeade and I got to stand and stir it at the drink machine for 45 seconds. And it still sucked. No smiles. No desire to be pleasant. At least my wife got her half gallon of egg nog.

Braum's is always been a staple in Oklahoma but our local Braum's on Sheridan employees a young man with blonde hair in the grocery department and he is very professional and proficient at his job we drive out of our way to shop there

Did is great at this location but the service is terrible
