Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

The worker that facilitates orders through the drive-thru is always hateful and scowling. You have to beg her for catsup or jelly. She gives you one then you ask for another and she gets an attitude. I will not be back. Drive-thru at your own risk.

They had eggs and bread and milk when nobody else did.

Parking wasn't super convenient, and the restaurant side was pretty dirty. Otherwise, okay.

They need to work on those bananas split, too little, not enough toppings

I thought the shake tasted off and checked in it to find these weird chunks.

I asked 2 separate times for extra braums sauce and was reassured both times it was in my bag, got home and discovered there was in fact not any extra braums sauce
These incompetent employees ruined my morning

I was disappointed with this visit at Braums but they redeemed.....we went around lunch time, we did have special orders, they missed a large fry....it was my fault for not checking.....I did call, Maria offered to replace it, ( we were already on our way out of town), she said to put her name on the receipt to redeem at a later date....I love this Braums and understand people make mistakes....please go support this Braums....

Quick stop since they're about to close @ 10:45pm. Staff were accommodating & helpful & didn't rush us at all. Got the cheeseburger combo. Burger was cooked well. Fries weren't the hottest but still good. Banana split was excellent and full! That was a great late-night treat. Interior looked cramped in its square space.

Staff was great place was clean and the food was quick and fresh.

Great place for a quick bite. Ice cream is the best thing to get here. Only problem is that restrooms are either really clean or really dirty. Other than that it's great.

Ordered the number eight, grilled sandwich didn't notice we were given the wrong order until we arrived back home....
Drove back across town and they took the receipt, made it seem at speaker they weren't going to remake it unless we were rung up for the correct items. Then, at the request of the manager took the chicken strips we were given back through the drive though window, breaking food safety laws.

We were then given a new batch of incorrect food, after checking for a sandwich and fries made it home to see we were given a fried chicken club instead of the grilled one requested and stated on the receipt.

I picked up food elsewhere and am now finally getting to eat cold food while my partner had a incorrect sandwich and unmixed malt.

The employee at drive did wonderful attempting to fix the situation and had great social skills

Always have a variety of options. Always hiring younger kids so they can teach them work.Ethics and customer service. Great job.
