I ordered a bag of burgers last night for take out upon getting home to feed my family I noticed there wasn’t the total amount of burgers in the bag normally this wouldn’t be an issue I’d just go back but the store had closed before I could return I also didn’t keep my receipt and I’m also financially struggling because of this accident my wife and I skipped eating last night make sure your order is fulfilled because this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me with the exact same type of order I have nothing rude to say just check the order because I can’t afford these types of mistakes

The staff is very rude. One of the workers made an ugly face at me while I was talking to the manager. I waited in line for 20 minutes to get a small shake.

I had to start writing this review before I became too full to think straight. Lol
The Double Bacon Mushroom Swiss Burger was quite satisfactory. The burger was cooked to order, with a pleasingly juicy texture. The cheese melted evenly over the burger, the mushrooms, and the bun. French fries are just perfect.
It is worth noting that the burgers here are consistent with the advertising images, unlike some restaurants where there is a significant discrepancy between the advertised product and the actual food you received.
The restaurant and restrooms were clean, and the staff was courteous and welcoming.
Overall, I believe a five-star rating is well-deserved.

Window lady that seemed like a manager
Asked if our order were 3 medium fries and before getting a response kinda just pushed them through our car window. It wasn’t our order and after sitting there for another 5 minutes they came back and asked “can I have that bag back?” Like, eww, we hadn’t opened it but know you can’t be taking food back from ppl like that and giving it to other customers. Unsanitary to the max. After waiting even longer another person came and asked for the fries, after saying we gave them back already someone then came and asked what we were waiting on. We got our order but even after all that my girls milkshake wasn’t even full, like what the hell! Awful & gross experience honestly

Went through drive thru and was told to wait. We waited 20 min. and my mom went in to check on food. The manager was extremely rude and argued that my mother didn't order something when she clearly did as I heard the order. Then we checked the food and it wasn't even hot. Won't be returning to this location

Of all the good brums places and all of the brums worlds this one is a little worse this review is very much like what happened last month THERE WAS NUTS IN MY ICE CREEM im allergic
To nuts and like last time there was nuts in my ice creem i threw up a lot this time i did not throw up but there was NUTS (still GO HERE)
