Found a long sharp piece of plastic in my shake. Luckily I pulled it out of my mouth before I swallowed it but what was more disturbing was the black specs all throughout my shake. The shake flavor i ordered would not have had anything that was black. No cookies, no chocolate so I don’t know what that was but I just threw it away. Avoid this Braums.

Very attentive staff and was impressed that they worked together to complete my order. They wore gloves and seemed to follow all normal sanitary practices. Classic banana split with all the bells and whistles. Excellent price for the amount of ingredients added. Convenient to have a fresh market to grab basics on the way.

What can I say? Clean, friendly and ice cream.

I haven't been to this location since before the remodel but I have to say I was impressed with the great service and food it's just never changed great smiles from the staff clean store and hot delusions food as with all Braums.

I'm not typically one to give fast food restaurants a review. However, my family and I had a wonderful experience getting ice cream from this location. The drive thru line was quick, the kid taking my order was thorough, my order was correct and fast, and they all were friendly. I highly recommend this one compared to the others in the immediate area.

Ordered breakfast food and they gave me old hashbrowns so I had to turn around and get some fresh hash browns but other than that Braum's is great I like them I give 5 stars but they get a 3 on this order

Braums use to be my go to place for fresh anything. Lately you be happy just for them to get the order correct.

I had a very pleasant visit today with my family. Logan was doing the ice cream containers and he was extremely friendly. He greeted us and Kinda reminded me of a long time ago how the Customer Service used to be at Braum‘s this message or this review is for Heather the gm manager or Sam the manager make sure you take care of Logan and Hire more people like him. We’ve been coming to your store for the last 25 years And we saw that declining of the Customer Service but he is reviving that so please take care of him good job.

When your here- you might as well get the strawberry milkshake, it’s a gift from the ice cream gods. Make it a 32oz!

The one girl tee i believe is her name, is literally the best she has great customer service skills and work ethic even when shes dealing with alot doing drive thru and front counter at the same time she still keeps her composure and is very polite she truly sets the standard for her peers...give this girl a raise seriously!! 👏

This Braums needs a manager to get the staff organized. Drive thru at a standstill and then came inside and ignored at counter.
