Pecans, Pralings, and cream, Like heaven! The limeade absolutely fantastic!
Unclean
The ice cream is good, but service is not great. It takes forever to get anything, Whether you're in drive through or you go in. They are very short staffed constantly and every time i've been in there has been some issue either their machine to take your money doesn't work. Or it's an hour, wait for food.
Every thing here is great
Took 45 mins for my food & the lil girl with the cheap wig got a nasty attitude.
Horrible drive thru service! The girl rushes you the minute you start ordering as if you should already know what to order, the rest have no communication skills. Come here if you need a reason to be pissed off!
Very good food. The floor was very greasy, but that does happen at fast food restaurants. Other than the floor, and no ice.. it was a very enjoyable meal.

Service is better I can finally leave a review. I almost left a bad one. It's always good to have a good shift leader in place in all shifts. Service was getting hit. Food is good no complaints now.
Drive through is super slow
My ice cream and fries taste delicious as ALWAYS with Braums.

I went there on my hour lunch to get something to eat with a friend and waited 40 minutes total. 30 minutes to get our food and shakes, and they made one wrong. I had ordered a medium and they gave me a small, but since it took another 10 minutes to get someone to try and fix it we had to leave. I asked for a refund because we couldn't wait for them to make another. The manager issued a refund and I asked for the receipt so that I can check my bank later and she said no. I told her I needed and I had to wait for her to come back. When she finally came back she threw my receipt at me and walked away. Both her and the girl that made the shakes were very rude to us. Had she looked at the order before making them she would have known what we ordered. Treating customers like they are the problem is disrespectful. Another employee at the drive thru said , "people need to be patient during lunchtime." We had waiting 40 minutes for food and another 10 to get disrespected. We were la
