Bria's Italian Ice and Ice Cream

Just has my nieces birthday party here and before never heard of the place. But now will deff be coming again and again. Loved the watermelon ice flavor so good. And the party room was great had many toys and fun grass carpet for them to run on. Even had a Disney movie playing for them. Very accommodating too.

We booked a party here for my son’s 12th birthday. When we arrived, we were informed they had double-booked us with a paint party. This resulted in a few issues for us, the most frustrating being random people continually coming in and out of the party room. There was a girl who kept having to be dragged out of our party room by her mom. She asked when we were going to leave at least 5 times because she wanted to watch TV, and questioned why we got the room. She wasn’t the only one, there were people coming up to us anytime we left the room to grab something from the car and asking us when the room would be available. Also, I had to run and get my own Clorox wipes and wipe everything down because the surfaces were filthy and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. 6/14 people at the party got sick with a stomach bug. 3 of the families there had people affected. The Italian ice was tasty, but I wouldn’t recommend booking here unless you want to take the risk of cleaning yourself and still getting sick. Oh, and not actually getting the party room to yourself and getting hateful looks from people who want to use it was a bit mortifying, especially because we paid good money to rent the room. I would recommend Incredible Pizza instead, we wished we would have booked there: although there are hundreds of people coming in and out of that facility every day, they still do a better job cleaning.

Just stopped and had my first ice cream from Bria’s. OMG - I think the best ice cream I’ve ever had. I ordered the Ghirardelli chocolate. Sooooo good.

Girls had lots of fun & it was my first time there. Very nice establishment.

Took our grandchildren. It was our first visit. We all loved it. Very fun. The atmosphere was good. I just think a few more activities for younger children would be good. Overall a wonderful experience.

Located in south Tulsa, Bria’s Italian Ice and Ice Cream is SO COOL. For real, if you have kiddos or just loved ice cream/italian ice, stop by today. Like, get in the car and drive here.

This is a family owned shop - completely indoors! Great for those super hot or cold days (and also all the days in between). They have a large open space with plenty of seating and a giant screen that plays movies. This is a beautiful mixture of treats and play.

Oh! Also, if you’re looking for a place to host a birthday party - here ya go!! You don’t need to look any further

it’s a very family-friendly place and they have really good ice cream and Italian ice to try. We got three different flavors and they were great.

I wish I could give a full 5 stars for Bria’s. The ice cream and Italian ices are wonderful. However, the service is not at that caliber. I’ve been through the drive thru numerous times. Recently, I had my first visit inside. The customer service is spotty in the drive thru, when I visited inside this week, the lady didn’t smile, she seemed too busy to help, and acted like the 4 year old with me should have been able to read the menu. It was bizarre. I asked about certain ingredients due to dietary restrictions, she acted like it was off putting to even ask. When one of the children with me changed their mind while we were still putting in our order she gave the impression that the child was a burden.
I want to love this place. It’s a local business, they do fundraisers, they host birthday parties, but the interaction with customers is lacking and needs improvement.

The Italian ice comes with an optional vanilla ice cream topper which is very delicious!

The girl that checked us out was short with my daughter who was too excited to go play in the play area and forgot to order. Didn’t feel welcomed. It was bogo and she wouldn’t honor it despite it being on the door. When we left another girl at the ice cream machine she watched us walk out, no smile, not thank you, nothing. Not personable or friendly at all!

Hosted a 4th birthday party here! Easy communication with owner to book/plan party! I was able to drop off supplies the night before, so we didn't take long with making multiple trips on day of to and from the car. Party host was assigned to us- and she was more than wonderful (thank you, Allie)! We were able to bring in our own food, and then everyone got to pick their own ice cream/ice. Everyone had a great time! Thank you, Bria's! I'd definitely recommend hosting a party here.

Stopped by on a whim after a birthday dinner next door. I had a root beer float and Laurannae cupcake (red velvet). My wife had Salted Caramel Ice cream. Its a cute shop and the items were delicious!!*Edit* Just peered around the corner, little was the wrong word so it's been removed! You could throw a party in the other room!
